The apartment is in a perfect location with a large terrace overlooking the pool and the open sea views behind. Its very close to the sea and a 10 minute walk to the largest sandy beach on Malta: Ghadira Bay. The development is an exclusive haven of tranquility ideal for a relaxing holiday. Facilities available nearby, include a full range of water sports: water skiing, wake boarding, sailing, wind surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. The sandy beach is ideal for children with a long gradual decline. Other facilities nearby, include Popeye's Village (used in the filming of the movie) and horse riding. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in the nearby villages of Mellieha and Bugibba. Great apartment 😁

This was a lovely apartment, very spacious,clean and very well equipt with all amenities, only down side was the very steep hills which were abit too much for my senior father. Restaurant were nearby10mins down to beach restaurants 20 mind up to main town area, champs food great 👍

Was nice escape for xmas period. Close to sea location, spacious apartment with all convenience near

Excellent communications with owner and manager Chris. Great location, comfortable beds, plenty clean towels, enough kitchenware for 6. We wanted to spend quiet christmas with family and this flat was perfect for us.

Lovely apartment

Visited Malta in October half term with my daughter and two young granddaughters. The apartment had all we needed and was very spacious. It was really useful having three bedrooms and three bathrooms between us. The pool was a little chilly but that’s to be expected in late October. However, we had two quite hot days- 27°C! When I asked my granddaughters what was their favourite part of the holiday, the 6 year old said Gozo, so worth a visit. Mellieha is a short drive from the ferry and only a 15 minute trip across the sea. My youngest granddaughter, aged 4, said the pool was he favourite thing about the holiday! :)

Great family apartment

The apartment is really spacious, providing three large bedrooms each with private patio access and three full bathrooms, as well as a large and fully equipped kitchen. It's in a quiet elevated position giving a lovely view over the bay. The pool is fairly small but generally quiet. 10 min walk to nearest shop, and the beach. We hired a car and from here you can access the whole Island and are really handy for the Gozo ferry.

Lovely large apartment,quiet ,great view and a step away from the pool

Family of five, two teenagers and a twenty year old, plenty of room and bathrooms for all.Had transfers to and from airport with lovely man Gino ,all arranged for us with booking, very easy. Met at apartment by Chris the agent who gave us so much good information, about local area and buses. Welcome pack perfect after a long journey. The apartment had everything we needed, Netflix and wifi for teenagers was a bonus. Melliah town at the top of the hill easy and very cheap to catch bus up and down, very walk-able too , there are also local shops and places to eat near by near by.We caught the bus to Spinola bay( no.222 goes along the coast) some evenings to eat for a change ,busy and lots of choice. Did a boat trip to Comino blue lagoon with The English Rose boat which i would recommend , cheap food and drinks on board not too big and funny captain giving lots of information. Hired a car for a few days from Billies in the town. Would recommend a car for Gozo but also easy to get to on bus,an amazing place to visit, Ramla Bay beautiful. A visit also to St. Peters pool at the other end of the island which is spectacular. The rest of the island we used the bus very easy. Great spot to have a holiday near to beaches with clear water but quiet and easy access to other parts of the island. Perfect apartment for all age groups and pool two steps away. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

We are a British family living in Hampshire with 2 teenage children. My husband works for a computer software company and I work with horses. My husband was born in Malta, has a Maltese mother and spent every summer as a child holidaying in Malta with relatives.

As a family we spent most summers in Malta and then decided to invest in a holiday apartment in the island we could use and rent out the rest of the time.

Having sought advice from family, we decided to buy an apartment at Tas Sellum before they were completed, knowing the builder Tumas produces apartments to the highest standard of quality on the islands.

The north of Malta had always been my favourite part of the island to visit - the best beaches and so much more peaceful.

Why they chose this property

Knowing Malta very well, we decided to buy an apartment in the north of the island in Mellieha. The sandy beach is by far the best on the island and is very child friendly and quieter than other parts of Malta.
