David's brother has lived and worked in the area around Herceg Novi for several years. He runs a business designing and building holiday apartments - including this apartment.

David and Debra have also enjoyed visiting the area over the years and David runs mountain walking holidays in the Orjen Mountains immediately behind the apartment.

The particular attraction of this location is the combination of stunning mountain scenery, a beautiful bay and fascinating medieval towns and cities.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach with all its amenities and yet the solitude of the mountains is only a short drive away.

The area has a very good bus service and taxis are economical and safe. This means that it is easy to explore the area without needing to hire a car.

Rental rates


  • Booking Notes:
    A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental charge will be required upon booking. The balance will be required 8 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. In addition, for all bookings there will be a refundable security deposit of €100. This will be payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded on departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

    Changeover Day:
    Changeover day is flexible.

    Notes on prices:
    Prices are for the property per night in pounds sterling.
    10% discount for bookings of 2 weeks or longer.
    Minimum booking: 5 days.
    Payment may be made by cheque (in pounds sterling), bank transfer (in pounds sterling or euros) or by PayPal (in most major currencies).
    From 1 October to 30 April the apartment is available for long-term lettings. The price for this is £400 per calendar month.

It has a table and chairs for al fresco dining or for simply enjoying a drink and admiring the views. The apartments are set in attractive landscaped gardens with a shared swimming pool and sun terrace. There is also a patio and barbecue area, and there is plenty of car parking available in the grounds. Utility Room: There is a utility area containing an ironing board, steam iron and clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided and are changed once a week when the property is cleaned. Other: There is an elegant dining area with patio doors opening onto the balcony and views overlooking the bay. There is WiFi throughout the apartment.
