My husband and I purchased this property a few years ago after falling in love with Cannes. We both travel extensively for our jobs and stay in many of the worlds top hotels so we know what quality looks and feels like. We want to make sure that our guests experience the same when they choose to stay in our apartment. We therefore hired a leading French Interior Designer to work her magic and create a home from home feel while not compromising on quality. We hope you choose our apartment and enjoy your stay. :-)

Fantastic central apartment

We spent a week in this beautiful, modern apartment.

It is fitted and furnished to a high standard.

The apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a modern secure building.

There is a triple locked door entry system, a modern clean lobby with a lift.

We were warmly greeted by Jessamyn who is English but has lived in Cannes for many years, therefore has lots of information if you need it.

Each bedroom has two beds which can be configured as a double bed or as separate beds.

The beds are very comfortable and had quality bed linen.

Both bedrooms are spacious, have generously sized closets, air conditioning and electric shutters.

One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom equipped with sink, shower and toilet. The other ensuite bathroom had a bath and shower. The olive oil hand washes are a nice touch. Towels are good quality and it's a bonus getting beach towels and a hairdryer provided.

There is also a toilet accessible from the hallway that connects one of the bedrooms with the other rooms.

The living/dining room is beautifully furnished and has great doors opening onto a large terrace.

There's air conditioning, TV DVD and a WiFi router.

The two big windows open to the large, south-facing patio surrounded by waist-high glass walls.

From here you have a view of the sea and it's nice to watch the cruise ships come in.

We used the furnished terrace most afternoons, the overhead canopy was great as it provided the shade we needed from the August sun.

The kitchen is modern, clean and practical and has everything one needs: A fridge/freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and washing machine.

The owner has created a practical "user's manual" for the apartment that explains everything in the apartment and information on places to visit. Also there are many valuable hints where to shop and eat in Cannes. The restaurants on the streets back from Le Croisette were reasonably priced and the quality of the food was good. We particularly enjoyed an Italian restaurant called Da Laura.

All of Cannes is in walking distance from the apartment, it's just a few minutes walk to the supermarket, bus station, Croisette, old town, restaurants, beaches and the train station is only a 5 minute walk away.

We enjoyed day trips to Monaco, Monte Carlo and a boat trip to St Tropez.

It was nice to take the train one stop to Juan-les-Pins which was a quieter beach/harbour resort.

Booking with Ann was easy and we will definitely return.

A lovely property in a great location in Cannes.

A lovely apartment in a secure block with garaging. Very close to the train station and a 10 minute walk from Cannes centre. Very clean and spacious. We have been twice and we plan on going again. We loved it.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic terrace, 5-minute walk from the centre of Cannes

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a prestigious, modern apartment block. The block is a short-way up a hill and therefore gives a view over Cannes - the sea is just visible, as is the clock tower in the old town. It is a 5-minute walk to the town, and a couple of minutes further to the sea front. One of the nearest shops is a supermarket (Monoprix), so really handy for topping up on provisions, on your way back from the town. The railway station is the same distance, so travelling around the region by train is a convenient option.

The apartment is spacious and well appointed, with modern furnishings. Though we spent most of the time on the spacious sun-terrace. This is south facing so gets sunlight all day, but is sheltered by the terrace above - so you don't get burned (or wet if it rains!).

The apartment has everything you'll need - wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment (and may well stay there again ourselves.)

Comfortable modern apartment in great location

All that you would wish for in a very comfortable modern apartment with two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms & their own terraces. Lovely well appointed lounge/living room leading out onto spacious furnished terrace with amazing views, especially the sunsets. Small but well equiped kitchen with full oven, where you could prepare any meal. Great location overlooking the main station, a short stroll from the Croisette, shops & restaurants. The perfect base to explore the Cote d'Azur by train,bus or car. We enjoyed days out in Monte Carlo & Grasse.

A beautiful apartment, in a great location.

On our arrival we were met by the manager who gave us all the information we required for our stay.

The apartment was very central and was a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

This apartment was clean and well furnished with everything we required. We hope to go again later in the year.

We have recommended it to our friends as it's perfect for touring and a great holiday.

Location

From the Owner

After visiting Cannes on a number of occassions we wanted a place to call our own. We love the convenience of the apartment and the charm of the local area. Parking was a big must for us especially given the limited parking all over Cannes. Also we wanted to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants - the apartment ticks all the boxes for us.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Maximum of ten minutes walking distance from the main public and most of the semi-private beaches in Cannes. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Travel:

Parking is provided in our free of charge secured underground parking. Nice airport is 40 mins away by coach with regular and convenient transfers from the airport. The bus stop is just outside the airport terminal and the stop in Cannes is less than 5 mins walk from the apartment. The mainline train station is accessed by a pedestrian underpass with lift and is a 5 min walk from the apartment.

Distances:

Within Cannes most attractions are within ten minutes walking distance from the apartment. La Rue de Antibes, restaurants, market are all just five minutes walk from the apartment via the pedestrian underpass. You might wish to take the train to Monte Carlo or onwards to Italy or drive up to the mountains or visit Grasse or the beautiful villages of Mougin and Biot locally. Antibes and St Tropez are just down the coast which is a lovely ferry trip or alternatively you may wish to take the train or bus.

Further Details:

Rue D'Antibes the main shopping district is less than 5 minutes walk while the designer boutiques of the Croisette are at most ten minutes walk from the apartment. ‘Le Suquet’ - the old town of Cannes has marvellous restaurants and steep, narrow streets to meander through. There are fish, flower and fruit markets daily along with a general market. On Sundays you will find Antique Dealers displaying their goods by the waterfront!
