This beautiful detached villa with driveway stands in its own spacious grounds with fabulous sun terrace and a large outdoor swimming pool (not heated).

The villa accomodation is all one level, spacious and tastefully furnished through-out. The main living area offers air conditioning, two comfortable settees with recliners, flat screen tv and extendable dining table with six place settings.

The bright and spacious kitchen is fitted with white units, is well equipped with all the comforts you would require whilst on holiday and is open plan to the lounge.

The master bedroom has spacious shower en-suite and good storage space.

The family bathroom offers full bath, separate shower enclosure and storage space.

All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Air conditioning is provided in the lounge and all three bedrooms.

An English TV digital system is installed for your entertainment and wifi is also provided free of charge.

Sunbeds are provided on the pool terrace for you to relax and enjoy sunbathing in the warm sunshine. Table and chairs are provided on the terrace with retractable awning for shade to enjoy dining al fresco, perhaps having cooked on the bbq, whilst overlooking the pool.

The pool, which is very well maintained, is ideally located at the front of the villa ensuring you are able to supervise youngsters. It measure 12m x 6m and is accessible via Roman steps with handrail. To enable you the full enjoyment of the pool and sun terraces at all times, flood lights in the pool can be turned on during evening times if required as also can terrace lights.

The villa is surrounded by high walls ensuring privacy and security.

The driveway provides room enough for two to three cars.

The location is ideally located on a quiet residential area and only within a few minutes walking distance to all local amenities and only a 5 minute walk to the Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre (opened 2012).

Only 700 metres from La Zenia beach and adjoining La Zenia Hotel.

Absolutely an ideal home from home holiday villa.

...this villa is excellent, it is situated on a very quiet avenue and is well-maintained, it is also very secure surrounded by a wall and entrance for cars and there is room for at least 6 on the side drive. Walk for a short distance and there are banks, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. I would recommend this villa to anyone, if you want to chill out or have it lively there is plenty for everyone. the owners go out of their way to make the stay as perfect as they can...

Spacious villa, inside and out, well equipped with lots of storage, and only a few minutes walk from a selection of bars , La Zenia Boulevard , a good supermarket , and a little further to the beach. Starting to show wear and tear outside especially, two of the four sunbeds needed to be replaced during our stay and the outside shower doesn't work, but the pool itself was lovely. Regarding customer service, we had asked for a welcome pack as we arrived late on a Sunday evening, but didn't receive one, and needed to telephone several times to get the new sunbeds. We used the transfer service they suggested which was cheaper than a taxi , and found Mike who collected us to be friendly, helpful and reliable,Luckily we discussed our welcome pack with Mike on the way to the villa and after realising there was no welcome pack he took us to a local garage to get a few items. We also found on a couple of occasions responses were slow during the booking process, and would have preferred to be able to pay by credit card or paypal, and not to have to transfer funds direct to the owners account, as this can be very risky and even the site the villa was booked on advises against it

Fabulous villa in a nice location, conveniently located for bars restaurants, shops and sea front.

Well furnished and decorated with all the utilities and equipment you would expect from a quality home.

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of bars and restaurants to meet all tastes. There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and many have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within a few minutes walking distance are the three fantastic beaches of La Zenia.

La Zenia itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with easy access to the AP7 motorway and the N332 coastal road. On your doorstep there is an array of banks, shops, bazaars, restaurants and café bars (many providing great live entertainment).

Only a few minutes walking distance and between the Saturday street market and the AP7 Junction is the newly opened (September 2012) Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre with over 5000 car park spaces, over 150 shops including Zara, Blanco, Europe´s biggest Primark, H&M, C&A, Druni, AlCampo, Decathalon, Leroy Merlin, Blanco, serveral children´s boutiques and AlCampo supermarket but to name but a few as well as a petrol station. For entertainment value there is a children´s large play area, casino, bowling alley, an enormous tv screen showing sports and there is often live entertainment provided. The centre itself is a pleasure to walk around if only for window shopping (if possible), a bite to eat, a glass of wine, beer or a coffee. A good night out is guaranteed during the months of July and August as the centre is open until 1am.

Other local activities are football, bowling, 10-pin bowling, go-karting, scuba diving, tennis, casino and cinema.

Local resorts are the vibrant Cabo Roig, the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre and the fabulous Villamartin Plaza.

The main town of Torrevieja with fabulous marina, promenade, Habaneras shopping centre and water park is only a 15 minute drive away and every evening during the high and low seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls providing local craft along the front.

The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS: There are two main airports serving the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 45 minute drive to the property and just 20 minutes drive away is Murcia (San Javier)

AIRLINES: Monarch/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2 etc offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment the superb golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses for your enjoyment.

The returnable security/damage bond of €230 is payable cash only on arrival at the property. This will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the villa has been satisfactorily checked.

Check in / Check out service fees apply during unsociable hours :
• From 7am to 8am - €25 call out service charge, cash on arrival
• From 10pm to 12 midnight - €25 call out service charge, cash on arrival.
There is no service from 12 midnight to 7am. However, where flights are delayed a call out service will be provided. On these occasions a service charge of €35 will apply cash on arrival.

Travel cots with mattresses and high chairs are available to hire at €15 per item per week, if available and payable cash on arrival. No linen is supplied.

A non returnable deposit of €200 or 20% of the rental cost (whichever is the greater) is payable within 7 days of a request to progress to book to secure a booking via IBan. On receipt of deposit, confirmation of booking along with T&Cs of rental will be sent via email. You should note a booking is not confirmed until receipt of deposit. Final payment is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
