This fabulous detached villa with driveway stands in its own spacious grounds with great sun terrace and large outdoor swimming pool.

All on one level, the villa is spacious and tastefully furnished through-out.

Entrance is into the lounge /dining room which offers two comfortable settees with recliners, flat screen tv, extendable dining table with six place settings, storage space and air conditioning.

The bright and spacious kitchen, which overlooks the dining room, is fitted with white units, is well equipped with all the comforts you might require whilst on holiday and provides a small utility room housing the washing machine and tumble drier.

The master bedroom en suite provides double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawer storage and spacious shower en-suite with good storage space. A convertible air conditioning is fitted, thus allowing warm air in the cooler months. The en suite shower room offer shower cubicle, basin, toilet, urinal and storage space.

Both twin bedrooms offer single beds, fitted wardrobes, drawer storage and convertible air conditioning units.

The family bathroom offers full size bath, basin, free standing storage unit and separate shower enclosure.

An English TV digital system is installed for your entertainment showing all mainstream channels and much more. Wifi (unlimited) is provided free of charge.

To ensure you may relax 4 standard sunbeds are provided on the pool terrace. Two foldaway type are provided should you require.

Table and chairs are provided on the covered terrace which also provides retractable awning for further shade. Why not prove your skills on the new coal bbq and dine al fresco.

The pool is very well maintained throughout the year and is ideally located in front of the villa ensuring supervision of youngsters. It measures 12m x 6m and is easily accessible via Roman steps with the aid of a handrail.

To ensure your full enjoyment of the villa in the evening the pool can be floodlit and lights are provided around the terrace.

High walls surround the villa, providing privacy and security.

The driveway provides room enough for two to three cars.

The villa is ideally located in a quiet residential area and yet only within a few minutes walking distance to all local amenities including, the Zenia Boulevard commercial centre, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, beaches etc.

Absolutely an ideal home from home holiday villa.

...this villa is excellent, it is situated on a very quiet avenue and is well-maintained, it is also very secure surrounded by a wall and entrance for cars and there is room for at least 6 on the side drive. Walk for a short distance and there are banks, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. I would recommend this villa to anyone, if you want to chill out or have it lively there is plenty for everyone. the owners go out of their way to make the stay as perfect as they can...

Fabulous villa in a nice location, conveniently located for bars restaurants, shops and sea front.

Stayed 28th April to 5th may had fantastic week the villa looks great in the photos but it’s even better when you see it for real fantastic inside and outside the pool is brill everything inside you want to close to everything beach bars and the shopping centre all in easy walking distance we love to go back and stay next year

Wow what a beautiful villa. Perfect location, all amenities close by and everything you need provided to make your holiday run smoothly. We travel to the area with our family at least twice a year and like to rent villas with private pool. Over the years we have stayed at some lovely villas but not one like this that just ticked every box. Georgina greeted us and was a fountain of knowledge and couldn’t do enough for us. We are looking forward to returning again in August

Great Family Holiday.

We just returned from a two week stay in this fabulous villa. Greeted by the lovely Georgina whom we found really friendly. Villa spotlessly clean inside and out. Pool area immaculate. Fabulous size pool. Six of us stayed including myself and my husband my 8 year old son and 9 year old daughter, my mother and my 14 year old niece. Plenty of space on the inside. Lots of storage for clothes. Lots of tv channels. Air conditioning in all rooms which was greatly appreciated. Fly screens so windows can be opened without any nasties getting in whilst letting a lovely breeze in. Need to be careful with cleanliness as ants can be a small problem but a few sprays here and there does the trick. Will definitely return to this villa. So close to all amenities. Had a fantastic holiday. Felt very safe as the area is lovely quiet area. Thanks for looking after us Georgina. Will see you again next year.

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of bars and restaurants to meet all tastes. There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and many have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within a few minutes walking distance are the three fantastic beaches of La Zenia.

La Zenia itself is in the heart of the Orihuela Costa with easy access to the AP7 motorway and the N332 coastal road. On your doorstep there is an array of banks, shops, bazaars, restaurants and café bars (many providing great live entertainment).

Only a few minutes walking distance and between the Saturday street market and the AP7 Junction is the newly opened (September 2012) Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre with over 5000 car park spaces, over 150 shops including Zara, Blanco, Europe´s biggest Primark, H&M, C&A, Druni, AlCampo, Decathalon, Leroy Merlin, Blanco, serveral children´s boutiques and AlCampo supermarket but to name but a few as well as a petrol station. For entertainment value there is a children´s large play area, casino, bowling alley, an enormous tv screen showing sports and there is often live entertainment provided. The centre itself is a pleasure to walk around if only for window shopping (if possible), a bite to eat, a glass of wine, beer or a coffee. A good night out is guaranteed during the months of July and August as the centre is open until 1am.

Other local activities are football, bowling, 10-pin bowling, go-karting, scuba diving, tennis, casino and cinema.

Local resorts are the vibrant Cabo Roig, the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre and the fabulous Villamartin Plaza.

The main town of Torrevieja with fabulous marina, promenade, Habaneras shopping centre and water park is only a 15 minute drive away and every evening during the high and low seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls providing local craft along the front.

The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS: There are two main airports serving the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 45 minute drive to the property and just 20 minutes drive away is Murcia (San Javier)

AIRLINES: Monarch/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2 etc offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment the superb golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses for your enjoyment.

Access to the property is 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Flexible where possible.

Stag parties, hen parties and persons under the age of 30 years are not permitted to rent.

Travel cot with mattress and high chair, depending on availability, can be hired at a weekly rate of €15 per item payable cash on arrival. Please enquire.

Airport transfers to/from Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) airports can be arranged if you require this service. Alicante €50 up to 4 persons, thereafter add €10 per person. Murcica €30 up to 4 persons, thereafter add €5 per person. Costs are each way.
