‘La Casa Jake’, on a detached plot in a quiet location close to a supermarket, restaurants and shops in the affluent and desirable area of Sabatera. With Italian furnishings, this exquisite apartment boasts hot & cold air con, integrated kitchen, granite floors/tops, full satellite (British/Euro) channels with full/HD/plasma TV and DVD player, Wifi Internet and access to a separate utility room. Large double bedroom with king size bed (or 2 singles plus small child’s bed ), built-in wardrobes, vanity unit and chair. The ensuite consists of Roca furniture, marble shelves and a walk-in wet room with shower. Electric gates open unto a parking area which leads to a palm tree lined sunken garden with a marble table with chairs (delightful for breakfast or late evening drinks). Steps up to a large 10x5 heated pool with diving board and shower. Terracing with loungers, table and chairs and a Mexican hacienda-style summer kitchen with BBQ. Moraira town, famed as the St Tropez of the Costa Blanca is a 4 mins drive.

The property offers a unique experience in the pool being private and not overlooked or shared, rarely seen in holiday Apartment rentals and usually only available with Villa rentals!!

Notes on accommodation: Please note that the pool is heated by means of solar power and is free all year. There is an additional pool heater which can heat the pool in the winter for an extra charge. Outside: Large private 10m x 5m heated pool with diving board, lovely manicured gardens with fruit trees, Mexican summer kitchen with BBQ, super large sunbathing terrace, garden chairs table and umbrella and sun loungers. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, cleaning utensils, iron board etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Air conditioning, heating, bed linen provided, towels provided. Please provide your own pool and beach towels. A cot and high chair can be provided for an extra charge of £30 and £20 per week.

We have used this apartment in Moraira for a number of years and have never failed to be impressed. The apartment is tastefully decorated and more than meets our requirements, the outside area is stunning with all amenities required based around a beautiful pool and sunbathing area. It is immaculately presented and maintained and is a credit to the owners Dave and Andrea.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday to people who are looking for a relaxing and unwinding holiday but still within walking distance of local facilities

Perfect base for our holiday

This is our third visit to Casa Jake and it suits us perfectly. David and Andrea have put a lot of thought into Apartment as we find it is very comfortable with high end fittings and furniture and everything you can think of needing for your holiday. There are plenty of areas to enjoy the sun around the pool but also, under the sail canvas, the shade is very welcoming during the heat of the day. There are beautiful flowers, plants and fruit trees to enjoy.

Casa Jake is only a few minutes drive from Moraira town centre and has a supermarket about 15 minutes walk away. It was the first time we had been in July and the town was very busy with Fiesta events with something happening most days so it was just what we wanted to come away to the peacefulness of Casa Jake to recharge our batteries. There is nothing I enjoy more than sitting by the pool, and you can only hear the birds singing, heaven.

We love Moraira as a holiday venue and have been visiting the town on and off for the last 17 years, the last 3 visits have been to the Casa Jake and we have found this to be the best of all the villas/apartments we have used over the years. We will be booking again for our next visit in a couple of years.

Privacy & comfort

A well equipped, comfortable apartment with the added bonus of wifi. The privacy of the villa grounds and sole use of the pool makes the accommodation complete.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Booking deposit 30%. Damage deposit £200 payable and refunded after inspection. Remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
