The apartment itself is very tastefully furnished offering you everything that you may need for a self catering holiday. There is one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. In the lounge there is a further sofa bed accommodating two more guests. The communal swimming pool has superb views across Coral Bay, (just a 5 minute drive).

In Coral Bay you will find superb sandy beaches, shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Peyia just a short stroll from the apartment has lost none of its old traditional Cypriot charm and is a joy to visit boasting great local shops, bars, restaurants and banks.

Just east of Paphos is the prestigious golf course 'The Secret Valley'.

My wife Julie and I live in Kent with our two teenagers. We have travelled extensively, Julie working overseas for many years. We purchased our apartment in anticipation of our children not wanting to come on holiday with us for much longer! We love spending quality time in Cyprus and really enjoy the relaxed pace and beautiful climate. We absolutely love Peyia with it’s friendly charm and great amenities. We've spent time really getting to know the village and we're sure that you'll love it as much as we do.

Why Mark Grover chose Coral Bay Area

We chose our apartment in Peyia as it's just a great village. It's very peaceful and relaxed, but with a selection of lovely friendly local tavernas. There's everything you need right on your doorstep; a couple of good supermarkets, a fabulous bakers, a pharmacy and a good butchers. There's even a gym!!

Peyia is so close to Coral Bay and just a short drive into Paphos for a faster pace and a livelier night out. We love to eat outside and with such breathtaking views, this locations perfect.

The beach at Coral Bay is beautiful, very clean with crystal clear water and the best things is that it’s lovely and shallow for the little ones. There's a cafe at either end of the bay or simply pack up the cool box in the apartment for a cheaper option.

There really is something for everyone.

What makes this apartment unique

Wake up everyday to beautiful views from the balcony looking out over to Paphos. Catch the sun all day on one balcony or you can cool off on the shaded balcony – so many choices! In the evening you can enjoy some fantastic sunsets.

We absolutely love our apartment in Peyia. It’s located in a very relaxed and peaceful location yet just a short walk into the centre of the village.

If you don't want to cook there's some great tavernas in Peyia offering a wide variety of choice, from traditional Cypriot meals to fish and chips. If you don't want to go out there's even an Indian take away.

There's now a regular bus 616B from Peyia village square. Simply hop on and you'll be in Coral Bay in just a few minutes where you can pick up a connecting bus to Paphos Harbour and the Old Town.

Cyprus was absolutely beautiful. Your apartment was just the way we thought it would be: gorgeous! Everything was clean and very convenient. The view was stunning. We still miss it when we sit on our patio at home.

Coming back in the apartment was always a delight. The balcony gets the sun all day!!!! We had such beautiful weather that week (over 30 degrees Celsius).


Just to let you know that we are now back off holiday and have had a fantastic time. Your apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and what a view!


Everything was great loved the apartment and its spectacular views, the village was really nice and the people very friendly, so close to coral bay and Paphos, my husband has said he would like to go back to peyia next year for 3 weeks

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi Outside: There are two balconies, one open with two sun loungers, table and 2 chairs. The other covered. The covered balcony has a patio table and chairs seating up to 4 people. Parking is at the rear of the complex. Each apartment in the complex has its own parking space. Steps lead down to the communal swimming pool with a large sun terrace with fantastic views accross Coral Bay. The pool has shower and wc facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are provided. If a two week stay is booked, a full apartment clean and change of linen can be arranged at an extra charge. Other: Balcony No. 1 has 2 sun loungers & bistro table and chairs you to enjoy the year round sunshine/great sunsets. Balcony No. 2 is covered and has dining table and chairs for 4 people to enjoy alfresco dining and the stunning views of Coral Bay.

What a view, it doesn't get much better than this

If you want an memorable and unforgettable experience, that ticks all the boxes, from the personal unwavering "one to one" service of the owner 'Mark', courteous, and genuine friendliness, as well as the management companies attention to your needs, with great local fresh food and value for money, this is it. The only worry we have, is if you read this review, the chances are we have shot ourselves in the foot and wont get back in, because it will always be full, but we will take our chances, so join the queue please. The view is to die for, trust me.

The perfect holiday getaway!

I visited the Peyia for ten days with three firends, and we can all agree that ten days wasn't long enough!

The apartment is located a five minute's walk way from the town centre of Peyia, and we were always able to find something to do in the evenings. However, with its location, we were also able to have the odd night in the apartment for some peace and quiet.

The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with all the amenities that we needed, including some welcome air conditioning. Having wifi in the apartment also meant that we could stay connected without paying anything!

It was easy to travel around the paphos region, since a five minute taxi ride could get us to Coral bay, and the regular bus service allowed us to get to Paphos easily. The local 'atlas travel' office also meant that we had a selection of affordable day trip to choose from to add some variety to the holiday - our highlight has to be the bus trip around the Troodos mountains.

This was my friends' first visit to Cyprus, and after our amazing holiday there, they're desperate to go back!

Perfect place to stay

We booked this apartment because it said it was local to the centre of Peyia village this was the first thing we noticed on arrival the second was the wonderful views. We wanted a quiet holiday but one where we were close to Paphos and Coral Bay this apartment was perfect. The

apartment was clean and well appointed with attention to detail there was nothing we could have asked for that wasn't already there. The owner provides excellent information on the apartment and everything you need to know about the local area to get you off to a flying start with your holiday. The apartment was a pleasure to go back to with a wonderful balcony to top up your tan we had a fantastic holiday and would go back again.

Special interest holidays:

Paphos is popular with both families and couples as it caters for everyone. Among its attractions are its churches, endless historical sites, charming villages and of course the wonderful harbour with wonderful fresh seafood restaurants. For the younger members there is the aquarium, water park, bird park and a choice of superb blue flag beaches. For those looking for a livelier holiday, there is an array of water sports including excellent diving and in the evening you are spoilt for choice in the famous 'Bar Street'. Coral Bay offers visitors an alternative selection of shops and restaurants with an extensive variety of cuisines. Peyia borders the Akamas Penninsula a preserved area of natural beauty and habitat which is protected for enjoyment of walkers and climbers.


Coral Bay and it's beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches are just a 5 minute drive from the apartment. The cost by taxi is 5-10 euros one way.


Paphos airport is a 30-40 minute drive away. Larnaca airport is approx 1.5 hours drive. A car is recommended and private parking is available.


Peyia village just a 10 minute stroll from the apartment. Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive. The historical Tomb Of The Kings is a 15 minute drive. Paphos town centre and promenade is a 20 minute drive.

We have an English property manager who will be happy to help you with any problems through out your stay and will share their local knowledge of the area with you. Airport transfer available at 30 euros one way, 60 euros return (payable locally). A welcome pack of essential foods/drink is available upon request. A local meet & greet can also be arranged.
