Completed in 2007 the apartment is situated on the second floor of a block of thirty six apartments. Furnished and equipped to a high standard and with everything you would expect to find in accommodation of this quality. The lovely bright living room, has two sets of patio doors which open onto a large suntrap balcony with built in barbecue, plus outside shower and sea views. The kitchen is well equipped with table 4 chairs plus 2 stools. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. All windows have electric shutters.

Just a quick note to let you know that we had a great week in your apartment. It is a lovely apartment, very quiet - not sure if anyone else is in that area of the building! We had a very relaxed time - although we did see some rain - quite unusual! Thanks again - look forward to going again.

Notes on accommodation: All windows and patio doors are double glazed with outside electric shutters. Furnished and equipped to a high standard and with everything you would expect to find in accommodation of this quality. Outside: Large suntrap balcony with table and chairs (to seat eight), also BBQ plus two sun loungers. Lovely views across the river to the sea. There is an outside shower tap on balcony. Guests are asked to please provide own towels for the beach.

Great apartment, lovely resort.

This was our third visit to Cabanas and first to Jo and Alans property and how fortunate we were to choose this apartment, it has all you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The apartment is spotlessly clean as is the huge balcony which is great for catching the sun all day, you can also enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is only a short stroll to the main road where there is a great selection of restaurants and cafes all very friendly. The resort has a small market with lovely fresh produce and a couple of decent sized supermarkets again only a short walk away. The property is managed by Stewart and Rene'e a lovely couple they are often out and about the resort and can offer great advice on the area. We do hope to return to Cabanas soon and wouldn't hesitate to rent this lovely apartment once again.

Peaceful, comfortable holiday

We had a really great stay in Jo and Alan's apartment . Well equipped, spacious, comfortable rooms and a large balcony to while away the day on, if you get too relaxed to go to the beach ( easily done ) Communication was great and Stewart the property manager was prompt and helpful. We would definitely try and book this apartment again if we return to Cabanas.

Big, nice and comfortable apartment with great view and facilities

This was the perfect house for the perfect hollidays! Well located, near the beach and center of Cabanas de Tavira.

Big rooms, well equiped and very safe!

Although it was very hot, all rooms had air conditioning.

There was nothing missing!

Very good apartment and excellent location.

We have spent 2 weeks in the apartment and we really enjoyed it. Great terrace and views, well equiped, large bedrooms and air conditioned. Building very calm and a great location. Hope to return next year. Thanks Alan and Jo.
