Lovely corner ground floor two bedroom apartment on beautiful Garden complex. Three swimming pools (one heated) laid out in beautiful gardens. Short drive to both Las Americas and Los Cristianos towns and beaches within easy reach of 5 Championship Golf Courses. A great variety of pubs and restaurants close by, free bus to the beach and Siam park twice a day, close to the motorway system where can drive to the north of the island where you will find Loro Park a fantastic day out for all, go and visit mount Tide it is a must. Tenerife is not all about sun there is so much more to do if you want or not as the case maybe. Car parking.
We are a married couple in our late 50s and have 4 grown up children & 12 Grandchildren, we are 2 professional people in business who needed somewhere to escape the riggers of the day to day stress of a very busy life. we needed somewhere to escape and we felt that having visited Tenerife on many occasions we decided that this was the place for us to relax and enjoy the all year round weather. we enjoy the cosmopolitan way of life , very easy going where no one seems in a rush.

We purchased the property from plan, it is the perfect spot for us, very laid back and its easy access to all areas, whether you just want to relax by the pool or go to Siam park some 400 yards away, or a gentle stroll down to the beach, the Las Americas golf course is next door and we often play at the lush and challenging course.
Our property has a very large balcony ( 30 feet X 10 feet aprox) with the sun on it all day,where you can relax and top up the sun tan. it is also close to a very large supermarket (like Tesco ) just 400 yards away, there are plenty of bars near by and also some very nice walks.
we stayed for a week beginning of April, two couples early sixties and loved every minute. the place was spotless. amazing terrace where wives spent most days sunbathing. taxi rank at front door a godsend as walk into town although downhill was still too much for us oldies but they're very cheap.we didn't use facilities as we like trying new restaurants and bars nightly of which there are many. food and drink inexpensive. we have stayed in many properties over the years and this rates with the best. having two bathrooms made life a lot easier too. all in all a great place to stay and have no hesitation recommending it. we'll be back soon.
We have stayed at Peter's apartment before, each time staying for a month. Granada Park is really good location for a holiday. The apartment was spotless on our arrival and has been upgraded inside and out since our last visit. The terrace is excellent for sunbathing as your own loungers are provided. Car parking can be difficult at times. Hotel restaurant serves excellent meals at a reasonable price, if you do not feel like venturing far one day. We would definitely recommend this apartment and had a wonderful stay. Look forward to going again.
My wife and I stayed in this apartment with our daughter and 2 grandaughters in Feb'14 for 1 week.
Granada Park is a great complex but if you have mobility problems a car is adviseable for going into Los Cristianos for example. Parking was no problem. There are some steep paths within the complex but a lift is available if needed. It's a quiet and peaceful resort - entertainment finishes shortly after 10pm. There are plenty of sunbeds available around the pool for which there is no extra charge.
After 25 years of staying in apartments in Tenerife (some of which were our own timeshares)I have to say that this is one of the best! The two large bedrooms are well-requipped (both with flatscreen tv), the living room is comfortable and both bathrooms are huge with good quality towels provided.
The apartment is looked after locally by the owner's agent and I have to say that it was immaculately clean on our arrival and that the owner has been very helpful throughout.
We had a lovely time and are in the process of booking again.
