Newly built in 2007, this 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed first floor apartment with large roof solarium is situated in a peaceful residential area within easy reach of bars and restaurants. This spacious apartment has been built to a very high standard and has been tastefully furnished throughout. With a double bedroom, twin bedded room and a double sofa bed in the lounge, the property comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Features include, tiled floors throughout, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV (inc BBC/ITV channels) and DVD player. The property also benefits from a security alarm, a safe and communal pool area.

Excellent , comfortable apartment.

Stayed for one week in April.Everything was perfect.Apartment was spacious.comfy and clean. Having two bathrooms was a bonus.Absolutely loved the solarium,with the fantastic views.Lovely quiet location.with a great Aldi nearby.Bars and restaurants not too far away.It was nice to have a welcome pack to make a welcome brew with. Overall had a lovely stay,and would definitely recommend.

Great stay

We arrived for a 10 day's , everything you need was in the apartment. the roof top terrace was great. Kevin was there to pick us up all went , he also did a couple of taxi journey for us which was great. A good set up all round we had a great time. JJ bar in via park five best gin and tonic lovely couple.

A very nice apartment

We stayed in the apartment for two months which was a very comfortable and had every that you would need The view from the large roof terrace over the salt lakes and mountains was lovely.There are lots of bars and restaurants around for good meals all within walking distance.One of the best places to visit was Cartagena and we were also lucky to be there for the Orihuela medieval Fayre at the beginning of February which was well worth a visit.There are so many places to visit a easy drive away .It was our second year at the apartment and we hope to return again next year.

Good location, well equipped, lovely views.

Stayed for a week in this apartment, lovely views from the roof terrace!. The apartment was well equipped, had everything we needed and more, and nicely decorated. There is a childs play park a 2 min walk away. The pool was nice, very quiet..The apartment is Only a short walk to local bars restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and bus stops... its easy and cheap to get around (1.35 euros each), although if you like walking, it took us 40 mins to walk into Torrevieja..though i wouldnt say the walk into town is suitable for pushchairs and such like . Zenia Boulevard is also great if you like shopping! lots of eateries and shops selling everything.. the beach is about a 15 min walk from Zenia boulevard and it was lovely, even had lockers to put your stuff in to keep it safe.. (1 euro per hour) The chinese restaurant called Gran china at via park lll was great value and very nice!! Also a restaurant in Torrevieja called el muelle was very nice too..If you like to self cater, then there are 3 supermarkets within walking distance selling everything and the prices were pretty similar to the UK, except for the alcohol..which was very much cheaper!! I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family.
