Newly built in 2007, this 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed first floor apartment with large roof solarium is situated in a peaceful residential area within easy reach of bars and restaurants. This spacious apartment has been built to a very high standard and has been tastefully furnished throughout. With a double bedroom, twin bedded room and a double sofa bed in the lounge, the property comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Features include, tiled floors throughout, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV (inc BBC/ITV channels) and DVD player. The property also benefits from a security alarm, a safe and communal pool area.

A very nice apartment

We stayed in the apartment for two months which was a very comfortable and had every that you would need The view from the large roof terrace over the salt lakes and mountains was lovely.There are lots of bars and restaurants around for good meals all within walking distance.One of the best places to visit was Cartagena and we were also lucky to be there for the Orihuela medieval Fayre at the beginning of February which was well worth a visit.There are so many places to visit a easy drive away .It was our second year at the apartment and we hope to return again next year.

Good location, well equipped, lovely views.

Stayed for a week in this apartment, lovely views from the roof terrace!. The apartment was well equipped, had everything we needed and more, and nicely decorated. There is a childs play park a 2 min walk away. The pool was nice, very quiet..The apartment is Only a short walk to local bars restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and bus stops... its easy and cheap to get around (1.35 euros each), although if you like walking, it took us 40 mins to walk into Torrevieja..though i wouldnt say the walk into town is suitable for pushchairs and such like . Zenia Boulevard is also great if you like shopping! lots of eateries and shops selling everything.. the beach is about a 15 min walk from Zenia boulevard and it was lovely, even had lockers to put your stuff in to keep it safe.. (1 euro per hour) The chinese restaurant called Gran china at via park lll was great value and very nice!! Also a restaurant in Torrevieja called el muelle was very nice too..If you like to self cater, then there are 3 supermarkets within walking distance selling everything and the prices were pretty similar to the UK, except for the alcohol..which was very much cheaper!! I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

Clean, perfect and fab location

We have just come back from a great week , the apartment was absolutely perfect! Everything we had imagined and more. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a fantastic

Roof terrace where we spent most of our time if we were in. Couldn't believe how everything was on our doorstop.... Aldi was in walking distance and also there was VIA park 3 and 5 where there was Indian, Chinese and lots of bars also only a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a commercial area called punta marina which we also walked to, took us 30 mins spent time there and got the bus back for 1 euro 40. We did hire a car but you could do without one as there is so much around and about. Fantastic place to stay and absolutely everything in the apartment for a great stay :-). We also had great customer service as kath is really easy to get hold of and also there is a key holder on site that we can contact! All in all a fantastic experience from start to finish

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Murcia at 30 Kilometres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

Excellent Blue Flag, sandy beaches are within easy reach of the apartment. The nearest at Punta Prima is within a 5 minute drive with a further 7 or 8 within a 15 minute drive.

Travel:

With Murcia only 20 minutes distance and Alicante 40 minutes, both airports offer a great choice of convenient flights. Car hire is recommended but not essential, as we can arrange airport transfers.

Distances:

Torrevieja with its numerous shopping facilities, street markets, beautiful harbour and promenade, extensive bars and restaurants is about 5-10 minutes by car. Cartegena, Murcia, Orihuela and Alicante are all an easy drive away (within an hour).

Further Details:

Two commercial centres with a variety of bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment within 5 minutes walk.

Consum, a large supermarket is a 10 minute walk.

Villamartin Plaza only a 10 minute drive away with bars and top class restaurants.

Playa Flamenca Plaza a 5 minute drive away with restaurants,bars and live entertainment nightly.

Punta Prima is a 5 minute drive away with bars, restaurants and entertainment.

Terra Mitica is a large theme park, one of the best in Europe and is near Benidorm, around 1 hour away. Local trips are available.

Torrevieja is the nearest city and is a main tourist resort and has an array of shops, bars, restaurants and banks.

Waterparks are located in Torrevieja, and Benidorm

Patio Andaluz (Punta Prima) usually has flamenco twice a week in high season (booking recommended).
