Our beautiful apartment is a 10 minute walk away from the delightful village of Peyia which offers many local amenities such as supermarkets stocking a great range of products including local fresh produce and home brands, also tavernas, restaurants, a cash machine, pharmacy, bakery/ cake shop, a butcher, a medical center and a dentist. You will also find a ladies hairdresser and a barber shop. A few minutes drive away is the beach resort area of Coral Bay, offering a wide selection of exclusive bars and restaurants along a beautiful golden sandy shore and where you can witness beautiful sunsets. About 20 minutes drive away is the town of Paphos with its historic harbour and 45 minutes away is Paphos airport. There's easy access to Tsada golf course and two more courses only 25 minute drive away. A 25 minute drive takes you to the Akamas Peninsula National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty with deep gorges, a wild landscape and wide sandy bays.

Hi, thanks for looking at our apartments. I live in Manchester with my husband Mark. We both work, I have been a Freelance Make-Up Artist for many years working mainly in Film & TV and Mark is a Fireman. We were married several years ago and have owned the apartments since before they were actually built in 2008. We chose Cyprus after a holiday there and, as with most people, fell in love with it! We are both keen Scuba Divers and love the sea around Cyprus which made it an ideal place for us to buy. As well as the diving, Peyia is such a lovely village to be able to stroll to from the apartments and the locals are incredibly friendly. We love sitting on the balcony with it's wonderful views and feel really at home and relaxed when we holiday there.

5 Star Apartment in Peyia, Cyprus

Just returned from our third stay in the quirky but interesting village of Peyia and missing the warmth and sunshine already! This was our first stay in Laura's apartment but it has to be our favourite and one that we would recommend for so many reasons. It was very clean and the facilities new so we immediately felt relaxed and chilled. The furniture in the apartment and the sunloungers were well maintained and very comfortable We particularly appreciated the large noiseless fan over the kingsize bed as the heat built up over the day.The balcony is not overlooked but has wonderful views of the sea and the surrounding area. We were very impressed with the owners excellent customer service and the availability of a late check out on our day of departure. It is advisable to hire a car to explore Paphos and the rest of the island. Peyia village is a short walk from the property where there are many good supermarkets and local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at Cousins and Peyia Tavern which offer very good value for money. Try The Mill for coffee, drinks or delicious cocktails! We have already booked a return stay in October 2017. Can't wait!!!!

Fantastic for couples wanting to relax!

The apartment is great and perfect for what we wanted. It is in a peaceful area and has some great views over the sea from the balcony. The pool was spacious and most of the time we were the only people using it (we visited in September). The apartment is located in a nice area of Cyprus, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, although I would recommend getting a hire car for visiting the beach and other restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for self catering, we particularly liked having the BBQ. Well worth visiting Oniro by Sea for a spectacular sunset! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, peaceful break in the Cyprus sun.

A gorgeous apartment in a beautiful setting

Arrived late afternoon/early evening from travelling all day to an apartment which has everything you require throughout, including a folder explaining restaurants, places to visit and other attractions on Cyprus.

Apartment is very clean and has wonderful views over the village of Peyia and looking out towards Paphos.

All aspects of booking the apartment were stress free, contact and transactions with the owner also fine.

Local restaurants and bars are friendly and great food, and only 10 min walk, which is good :)

Would definitely stay again and not hesitate in recommending to our friends and family.

GREAT APT WITH GREAT VIEWS

We have just returned from this lovely apartment. It is very spacoius comfortable and well-equipped. The view over the coast is spectacular. Just 10 mins walk from the bars/restaurants of Peyia and 5 mins drive from the strip and beaches in Coral Bay.

Would recommend Savvas Grill in Peyia and Levanto in Coral

Bay, but all the restaurants were great. Also go to Oniro by the Sea off the Sea Caves Road.

Great Place

Our second visit to this lovely apartment and it is as good as ever. Fantastic views from the veranda, not overlooked by other apartments as so many are in this region, which makes it the perfect place to chill out. The property is spotless, well maintained and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Fab Holiday Apartment

We have just returned from Peyia after having a very enjoyable holiday!

This apartment comes highly recommended and ticks all the boxes. The view is stunning and the privacy is a real bonus we spent many hours just relaxing with a bottle of wine enjoying the peace and wonderful views. The apartment is in a great location and the village is a 10 min walk away. We recommend the Peyia Tavern its as authentic as you will get and the meal was lovely we also liked the Grande for drinks it has a great atmosphere and the staff very friendly. We hope to return.

Driving times to the following coastal attractions: 10 minutes to Coral Bay beach resort. 15 mins away from Peyia Sea Caves and 30 mins from the Akamas coastline and fishing villages. Paphos beach/harbour area (Kato Paphos) are 20 minutes in the opposite direction.

Travel:

Paphos is the closest airport. Transfer time by car/taxi is about 45 to 50 minutes. To get the most from a holiday in Peyia a hire car is recommended. A meet and greet service from the airport can be provided if required at additional cost, depending on time of arrival and subject to availability. There is a taxi service from the airport. A new hourly bus service departs from Peyia village to Paphos.

Distances:

Peyia village is a 2 mins drive or 10 minute walk, where there is a bank, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy and local taverns. Driving times to the following attractions: Kato Paphos town and market 20 mins. Paphos Water Park 25 mins. Akamas Peninsula approx 25 mins. Troodos Mountains approx 1 hour 30 mins.

Further Details:

Cyprus is well known attraction to divers with one of the best wreck diving sites of The Zenobia accessible on a day trip. There are many dive schools around the area offering reasonable rates to include both shore and boat dives. Mountain bike hire is available in nearby Coral Bay with easy access to the beautiful and very peaceful Akamas Peninsula which also provides excellent walking opportunities. Nearby Coral Bay and Paphos are very lively - so you have the best of both worlds to enjoy. There are endless historical sites, churches and charming villages all within a comfortable drive. There is the amazing Lara bay, where the turtles come to lay their eggs at night.

Latchi Harbour near Polis is a delightful place to visit where you can enjoy a boat trip or hire a boat yourself and eat at its scrumptious seafood restaurants dotted around the marina.The whole of Pafos is a World Heritage Site with the most exquisite mosaics and Roman remains, the Odeon, the Lighthouse and the Tombs of the Kings.
