Beautiful ground floor apartment with three bedrooms. Located in the very popular Bellresquard complex. Apartment has air-conditioning/heating which can be controlled from each room. In addition to the beautiful landscaped communal garden with fabulous swimming pool, solarium, loungers for sunbathing, and lily ponds, the apartment also has two private gardens to the front and rear of the apartment. The garden at the rear gets the sun all morning making it the perfect place to have breakfast. The garden to the front gets the sun all afternoon and evening, making it the a great place to dine alfresco. Both gardens furnished with tables and chairs. Front garden overlooking the Boquer Park with views of the mountains - also has loungers. Ideal for children with a three tier swimming pool, two which are shallow and children's slide. Approximately 100 metres from famous pinewalk, with it's beachfront restaurants, shops. Safe sandy beaches with clear shallow water - suitable for children.

Nearest Airport : 67 km. at 67 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The beach and famous pinewalk is approximately 100 metres from the apartment. It has very safe beaches with clear shallow water which is very suitable for young children. The Pinewalk is pedestrianised and the view of the bay is amazing just walking into town, or to the bustling square with its bars and restaurants (approximately 10 minutes walk). Some of the beachfront restaurants and bars are so close to the beach you can almost touch the sand.

Travel:

Palma Airport is approximately a 40 minute drive by car. A car is not essential as everywhere in Puerto Pollenca is within easy walking distance, and if you want to go to Pollenca or to Alcudia its is only about 1.20 euro (single journey) on the bus. But if you want to explore the rest of the island, then a car would be recommended.

Distances:

Pollence is a charming old town just 10 minutes drive away with its narrow streets and quaint little bars and restaurants tucked away. The market is held in the main square every Sunday morning and the locals and tourists alike fill the place, great atmosphere. Also another square near the famous Calvari steps (365 of them leading to a tiny church at the top). This square also is full of atmosphere with some great Spanish background music - great place to sample some tapas or a refreshing drink.

Further Details:

Puerto Pollensa has so many restaurants and bars that you will be spoilt for choice. However, we do have a list of our favourites, both value for money, and also for the special occasions. The port is a great place for walking, cycling, birdwatching, fishing. It is a lovely experience to take the Glass Bottom Boat across to Formentor and spend the day on the beach there, have something to eat at the cafe on the beach or visit the famous hotel and have a coffee. If you buy a single boat ticket you can return on the bus, by the scenic route, but check what time the last bus leaves. Puerto Pollensa has a market every Wednesday in the town Square where you can see lots of leather bags, purses, gifts, jewellery, etc, haggle a little and perhaps take home something for a friend. Alcudia, old walled town, is also worth a visit. It's ancient walls hide a labyrinth of narrow streets, with lots of restaurants shops, bars, all leading to the square. Market day there is on Tuesday. Soller, Valldemossa and Dia are all worth a visit and the road over the mountain is both stunning and challenging.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday during peak season, but can be flexible at other times. Arrival time 3pm departure time 10am. Minimum rental 1 week. Bedlinen and towels changed weekly.
