The garden at the rear gets the sun all morning making it the perfect place to have breakfast. The garden to the front gets the sun all afternoon and evening, making it the a great place to dine alfresco. Both gardens furnished with tables and chairs. Front garden overlooking the Boquer Park with views of the mountains - also has loungers. Ideal for children with a three tier swimming pool, two which are shallow and children's slide. Approximately 100 metres from famous pinewalk, with it's beachfront restaurants, shops. Safe sandy beaches with clear shallow water - suitable for children.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. A returnable security deposit of 75 pounds is also payable with balance.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday during peak season, but can be flexible at other times. Arrival time 3pm departure time 10am. Minimum rental 1 week. Bedlinen and towels changed weekly.
