7 private sun terraces /balconies, 1 large terrace and barbecue area off large kitchen. 1 terrace off the downstairs bedroom overlooking the pool and secluded gardens, terrace at the front of the villa idea for that holiday tipple, and 1 first floor terrace overlooking the mediterranean from the tower bedroom, with relaxing furniture, ideal for watching the sun go down on those hot balmy nights. 3 further bedrooms 1 of which is newly completed with en-suite and is completely self contained, ideal for couples or teenagers who want a bit more privacy. The kitchen is large and well equipped, so you do not have to compromise on what you leave at home, as there is a cooker, fridge freezer, and dishwasher in the kitchen, and also a washing machine and sink in the seperate laundry room, plus an extra drinks fridge. The villa also comes equipped with a large gas bbq, a very large traditional spanish bbq, full size table tennis table in the garage.

Notes on accommodation: Very good for families and people of all ages who value their privacy on holiday as the Villa is in its own grounds with privacy from the foliage and lockable gates at the front and back of the property. There is a ceiling fan in lounge. Fans provided for bedrooms. Outside: Private gardens, private pool, 6 balconies, gas BBQ, New Feature Spanish Style BBQ, plenty of loungers, patio tables and chairs. New table tennis table in the garage. Utility Room: Recently fitted, with good cupboard and worktop space, contains washing machine, extra fridge and sink. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is fully cleaned prior to arrival and the middle Saturday on a two week stay. Towels and linen are included, changed weekly. Note that there is a new washing machine and lots of drying areas. Other: There is a full size table tennis table and dartboard in a further self contained room.

Villa is superb , extremely well equiped and very comfortable indeed , modern but welcoming , loads of chill out spots for peace and quiet , very well thought out home , terrific !! , local area is handy , 10ish mins by car tops for all major essentials , supermarkets etc , plenty to keep you amused , some good restaurants and bars handy , locals very friendly , Karen the owner is brill , provided a ton of useful info and help , highly recommended , excellent

Came home yesterday from a 2 week stay here, really didn't want to leave. Villa was beautiful with every need catered for. Perfect! Would highly recommend & we are already discussing going back next year

On the Costa Del Sol you are minutes away from real Spanish culture, you just have to look for it and plan your day well. Many Spanish and Moorish attractions are within a short driving distance.


Just a short stroll to the nearest beach with beach bar and fish restaurant, very safe for children to play.


Malaga under 25 mins. Gibraltar around an hour on the toll road. There are lots of taxis which arrive at the villa within minutes, and speak good English.


Fuengirola 8 min drive. La Cala 8 min drive. Benelmadena 20 min drive. Calahonda 15. min drive. Cabapino 20 min drive. Marbella centre 25 min drive. Mijas village. 30 min drive. Waterpark and Fuengirola 6 mins drive. Puerto Banus 30 min drive. Alhambra Palace and Granada 1 hour 30 mins. Gibraltar 1 hour drive on toll road (don't forget to take your passport). Ronda, historic mountain village with Moorish architecture and a Roman Aquaduct... also famous for its Gorge and tapas!

Mirramar shopping mall. 6 mins by car. Massive supermarket, numerous shops, cinema, and an array of eating experiences on your doorstep, plus cash points. Nearest banks, La Calla de Mijas, or Fuengirola.

20% at time of booking which is non refundable. Balance no later than 6 weeks Before departure. Security/Breakages deposit of 20% required which will be returned when the villa has been checked for breakages/damages. Keys will be sent no later than 1 week before departure by registered mail. We will require the keys to be returned no later than 1 week upon your arrival home. If not the deposit will be forfeited. Please note: credit cards are not accepted.

Changeover Day:
Sunday is the changeover day during high season, 1st July to 31st August 2014, but we can be more flexible on this out of season.
