We had 1 week here and it was brilliant, This was our second visit and we were just as happy as we are the first time, this time there was a grapevine growing in our garden and so many extras. Bob and Sharon made us feel very welcome and even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival.

We recommend this accomodation highly, and will be back again.

Thanks Bob and Sharon again, sending love from Australia x

Fantastic Gite

  • 5 of 5

Lovely place, friendly owners. Great for couples, with everything you could need for a great holiday.

We were house hunting in the area so didn't have time for activities. However Sharron and Bob provided suggestions and advice about the area.

We would definitely recommend this beautiful , comfy gite to friends and family.

We hope to return again soon.

Impeccably maintained gite, beautiful countryside

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here from 27 August until 10 September. We have stayed here several times in the past and found everything just as good as ever. The gite is clean, well kitted out with all guests could need, and above all the owners Bob and Sharon Rigden did all that was possible to make us comfortable and at home. They are a great pair.

We really appreciated the peace and quiet in this very rural setting. The village has a good, if small, mini-market, an excellent butcher, as well as a hairdresser and an odds-and-ends shop.

We will certainly be going back again.

Rita and Barrie Wood.

A stunning traditional French hideaway!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful stay we have had at La Cachette. The gite was so well equipped and beautifully presented. It had everything we could possibly need. The wonderful traditional touches in the gite made us feel at home in France. The views from the property are spectacular and there are some great walks nearby. It was a perfect base to explore Normandy and especially the historical sites which was one of the purposes of our visit.

The owners were so welcoming and their knowledge of the area was very useful in planning which sites to see as there are so many. We will definitely be returning to continue our exploration of the area. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

A gem of a property in the beautiful Suisse Norman

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is beautifully presented with every single thing provided that you could need. The level of cleanliness could not be bettered. The view from the garden is beautiful and the tranquility is so relaxing. Bob and Shirley are a lovely warm couple who did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Recommended without reservation.
