The house is two-storied, built on the gentle slope of the Tortuga hill that lies behind it. The main door opens onto the first floor. The living room is a large, bright area with marbled floors and a beamed ceiling. It has wonderful views of the mountains and sea with French windows along the south wall opening onto a terrace outside. Always cool in the heat of summer and with its open fireplace most welcoming in the winter months. On this floor is also the kitchen and a utility/laundry room. Well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, eye-level oven etc. The three double bedrooms are on the lower floor. Two bathrooms, one en-suite. All three bedrooms open onto the veranda and pool area.

Great villa with a view to die for!

Fabulous villa with amazing views. Clean, well maintained and very well furnished with kitchen essentials for your use, which saves buying and throwing away lots of everyday things.

Great customer care from Jill the manager and Peter the pool man.

The nicest restaurant by far was Vent De Tramuntana which was slightly up the hill from the port. Great food and friendly service. Taxis are so cheap! Worst restaurant and by far the most expensive was the Villa Italia. What a disappointment on our last night, thought we were saving the best for last but I had to send my fish back!

Would definitely recommend this property, you'll never get tired of the views.

wow great house in a quite location

A really well maintained house with all the comfort, lovely views, nice garden with a nice pool (pool attendant came 3 times a week), the experience was 100% positive.

fabulous holiday

Fabulous quiet location just a seven minute drive (7 Euros by taxi) to the Port with it's lovely shops, restaurants and 2 supermarkets. When we have stayed at other properties in Port Andratx we would visit the beach every day but not on this visit as it was too difficult to tear ourselves away from the villa with it's lovely view over the sea and amazing pool. The barbecue and outside table are on a balcony with sea views and which made every meal time a delight. The lounge is beautifully decorated and with a large dining table , comfortable cream sofas and great coffee table books and large flat screen TV - a real home from home.

So impressed that we booked for the next year before we had even left the property!

Villa rental

We have been coming to port Andratx for over 15 years and have stayed in many different properties but since finding this particular villa we have returned on numerous occasions as we find it matches e, the villa is equipped brilliantly and nothing is too much trouble for the owners/ management staff

The villa is situated in a wonderful area and only five mins drive into the port. The views of the surrounding area and down to the port are fantastic from every room. Sitting around the pool in the day is so peaceful and eating your lunch or dinner on the verandah is just wonderful. We would highly recommend this house to either couples or families for an all round great holiday venue

Beautiful villa. Great location, lovely sea views.

Very impressed and returning again for next family holiday. Lovely huge living area with a super balcony which has great views down lush valley to Port Andratx and the sea beyond. The Pool is great, it is a good size with drinks fridge nearby. Good Wi Fi connection and UK TV also supplied, which the kids really appreciated. We had a hire car found the location very convenient for all tourist attractions. We always hire a villa for a holiday, usually Spain or Portugal, overall I rate this as the best we have stayed in. It has so much going for it. We loved it.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Palma de Mallorca at 40 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Palma de Mallorca at 34 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Andratx Golf. Camp de Mar at 5 Kilometres Nearest Train : Palma de Mallorca at 35 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Puerto Andratx at 2 Kilometres Car: recommended


There is a small beach in the Port of Andratx just past the yacht club, a few minutes by car. Camp de Mar is less than ten minutes by car and San Telmo a bit longer. Camp de Mar has a large sandy beach ideal for children with three restaurants right on the beach. San Telmo has a lovely atmosphere with a good choice of bars and restaurants.


Palma airport is more or less 32 kilometres from the house, and takes between thirty or forty minutes by car or taxi. A car is recommended if you want to get the full benefit of a holiday in Mallorca. There are buses to be had but few and far between.


Andratx town and the Port of Andratx are both just a few minutes away by car.

Further Details:

Both the Port and Andratx have large supermarkets where you can buy everything you need. The Wednesday Andratx market has lovely fresh vegetables, fruit, cheeses and lots of other things. Sunday morning has the market in Santa Maria which is just North of Palma. This is a much larger market with lots of things to see and do. There are about five banks in both the village of Andratx and the Port.

  • Notes on accommodation: The house welcomes small children and we have a travelling cot available. Outside: The outdoor swimming pool is approximately 10 metres x 5 metres. Large veranda by side of pool with morning shade. Fridge for poolside drinks. Six sunbeds. The grounds are almost 25,000 sq metres and back onto woodland walks. The area in front of the house and to the side of the pool is laid with flowers and fruit trees. Table and six chairs outside on side of house, and table and six chairs on the first floor terrace. There is a large remote-controlled sun blind on this terrace. Also a barbecue. Utility Room: Washing machine, ironing board, steam iron, clothes horse, small step-ladder. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are supplied, including beach towels. The property is cleaned on Saturday when the towels and linen are changed. Extra cleaning can be arranged if needed.
