Fabulous holiday apartment with amazing views

Just back from an amazing week in this property. The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Polly the owner was very communicative and the apartment was very easy to find. There is a bus stop outside the apartment which takes you to Santa ponsa (10 mins away) or Palma (30-40) mins therefore it's not necessary to have a car. The view over the bay was amazing and the balcony was a perfect spot to watch the boats coming and going to Port Adriano. 5 min walk to the quiet sandy beach with a lifeguard. Also a pool which was life guarded. Lots of water activities available at the Port - paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis etc. There are cycle paths all around the area which makes it very safe to go out and about. Would definitely recommend and we plan to return.

Summer holiday

Had a really amazing time in El Toro. Our apartment was perfect lovely, clean and spacious. It was equiped with everything we could need. Very centrally located to all amenities couldnt have asked for more. Cant wait to visit again in the not too distant future. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely family holiday, the apartment was spotless and the views are beautiful!!

This apartment is in a really good location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance. We took our 10 month old and the beach was easy to get to with a pushchair and only a couple of minutes away. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats in the port! Will definitely return, very relaxing! Thank you

The location of this apartment is excellent . I was very disappointed with the apartment itself because it needed a thorough cleaning, there was a cockroach infestation and there were no curtains or blinds up in the bedroom which made it very difficult to sleep.

Owner's Response: I feel that this review is unfair. The week before this guest stayed I had a travel agent staying (for the second time) and he and his wife had no issue with cleanliness and assured me, from a professional point of view, that my apartment is up to a high standard. There are full length curtains in both rooms, I therefore do not understand the comment regarding curtains. With regard to cockroaches, my apartment has never had an infestation, the Mediterranean climate will naturally encourage little critters from time to time. My property is no different from anyone else's in El Toro, please also note that the ground management perform regular pest control inspections and treatments, to the whole of the apartment blocks, as and when necessary. I have not received a complaint like this before or since this one.

A 10 minute stroll will take you to the stunning Port Adriano, with it's lively atmosphere, there are shops and restaurants with outdoor dining. You can walk from there to El Toro village which has everything you need from English newspapers, supermarket shopping and a local bakery to banks, bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop and taxi rank.

A £100 fully refundable breakages deposit is required, this will be returned to you within 7 days of your return providing there is no serious damage to the property or it's contents. We require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your booking & the balance must be paid one month prior to your stay. Last minute bookings will require immediate payment. Please note that we do not book to parties with more than 2 adults unless previously agreed by the owners. Adults are classed as 17 yrs & over.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually a Saturday (exceptions can be made). Arrival time should be no earlier than 4pm. Please vacate the apartment by 11am on your day of departure.
