In undoubtedly the best complex in the area, this property overlooks the pool and children's pool. Boasting a large sunny terrace, this apartment is furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with all you need to enjoy the perfect holiday. The large sitting room is tastefully decorated and has two leather couches, 32" LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo with cd player. There is a separate kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob etc. A separate utility area contains a washing machine. One of the two bathrooms is also located downstairs, both of which have showers. The three bedrooms and second bathroom are upstairs. The complex is quiet and is beautifully maintained. It is gated, secure and suitable for children. It also has a tennis court.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment was lovely, clean, pleasant and had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable, what a change to find that when you are away from home. The apartment was ideally placed with just the privacy we wanted but with everything on hand. The weather was fantastic and it gave us just such a lovely break. We loved the lagoons which weren't there the last time we visited. Thank-you for letting us use your lovely apartment which we will hopefully be able to visit again. Best wishes f

The apartment itself has all the equipment you need,just like being at home,clean,nice decor and well maintained.

Ideal for a family to share,having three bedrooms.

There is an outdoor terrace with two sun loungers,table and chairs with parasol.ideal for eating and drinking alfresco.Having two showers in the apartment is a bonus also.

The complex itself is very well located,just a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars,with the beach a ten minutes away.

Great house in a great location. Front terrace is a total sun trap and only a few meters from the communal pool. House is spacious and spotlessly clean with comfy beds and great wifi. Great service from Siobhan for the booking and also from Mick for the perfect pick up/drop off service.

Would certainly return and have no hesitations in thoroughly recommending this house to all.

Just what we were looking for......

We stayed at this property for 5 nights in April with 2 young children. I can't fault the property, it's lovely bright and spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed. Booking was super easy with Siobhan and she was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. We were met on arrival by Mick and Debbie who insisted on helping us with our bags. They settled us in and gave us some good tops which was great. The outside space is lovely with table and chairs and sun loungers and gets the sun all afternoon. The complex itself is lovely, very well kept and and very close to the bars and restaurants in Caleta. Caleta isn't the most authentic of towns, however, we wanted somewhere simple, easy to get around with a safe beach for the kids. And that's is exactly what we got. We ate in some nice restaurants too. We also had a car, so could get out and explore the rest of the Island. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment and may even go back myself one day for a relaxing break.

We (a group of 6 ladies comprising of family and friends) stayed at this property for a week in April 2015. I found Siobhan the owner extremely helpful when booking. The property was just as described; it was very clean and tidy and had a lovely front terrace. The property was easy to find and is located about 5 minutes walking distance from beach, bars and restaurants, supermarket and bakery only a few minutes and it was only about 10 minutes from the airport. Bus station and market is also nearby. Mick who looks after the property for the owner collected us from airport for a small fee; Mick and his wife Debbie were at hand if we need any help. The kitchen has a selection of cooking equipment and the apartment had everything we needed. Outside the pool area was nice and not too busy. We would stay in this complex again and would have no problem recommending this apartment and complex.

Great Holiday Home

On well designed modern complex on street near the centre of town, this is a nicely decorated clean property with a sunny front terrace after midday and good spacious wardrobes. The 2 double bedrooms -one with large enough balcony for a table and chairs overlook well maintained pool area.( dont think this pool is heated however !)Plus smaller bedroom and bathroom on first floor and further bathroom next to kitchen downstairs. Owner has friendly reliable resident contacts on the complex and she herself was more than helpful before travel.

Large variety of restaurants bars and shops including small supermarkets within 5 to 10 minutes walk Eating out prices are not vastly different to those in UK dependent on choice. Fresh bread and pastry shops just round the corner.

I have visited Caleta 5 times -it is not very Spanish and not particularly scenic but it is friendly and has a charm of its own which brings visitors back time and again. The Marina area now boasts modern bars and cafe/restaurants.

Hire a car and find some of the islands hidden gems amongst the differing landscapes - the traffic is light too!

We had done a vast amount of research into properties for sale all over when we decided to buy a property abroad. We had been to numerous holiday destinations in Europe including Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. The reasons we chose to buy in Fuerteventura were simple, All Year Round sunshine, direct flights from Ireland and England and only a 4 hour flight. Caleta itself appealed so much to us as it had everything we wanted, beautiful beaches, a wide choice of restaurants, places to visit, shopping, plenty of activities for children and adults. Caleta is a family resort, and never feels overcrowded. It is a place that we will enjoy for many years!

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : at 8 Kilometres Nearest Beach : at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary


5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is very safe for children. Watersports available including jet skiing and scuba diving. Fishing equipment can be hired, and fishing boat trips can also be arranged locally.


10km, approx €15 taxi journey from the airport. 15 minute drive from the capital of puerto del rosario, where the routundas shopping centre is located, great for shopping! Cars can be rented locally from approx €20 a day for those interested in exploring the island. Ryanair flights direct from Cork and Dublin. Aer lingus from Dublin.


Centrally located in Caleta minutes walk to restaurants which include steakhouses, typical Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Indian. All restaurants are child friendly and reasonably priced. Nightly family entertainment is offered in the many bars and hotels in the area.

Further Details:

Drive 30 minutes to Corralejo to take the short ferry journey to Lanzarote for the day. Day trips can be booked locally to attractions such as a waterpark and zoo for great family days out. Bicycles, quad bikes, fishing equipment etc. can all be rented locally.

The complex itself immediately appealed to us. It is constructed to a high standard, very well maintained and secure. It has plenty of room for children to enjoy themselves and the properties are not on top of one another. This particular apartment is very spacious and airy with plenty of private outdoor space. The sun shines on the terrace from early afternoon until sunset and is the perfect place to relax or prepare barbeques!
