Our luxurious apartment has the largest private balcony at the exclusive resort & overlooks both pools, gardens & facilities. Sunbeds on our balcony and by both pools. Our balcony has a large BBQ, rattan sofas and outside dining table to relax and enjoy the sun (shade provided). Apartment is fully air-conditioned plus remote control ceiling fans. Furnished to very high standard, inc stylish sofas, indoor dining table with 6 chairs, 32" LCD TV, satellite TV with English channels playing in real time - BBC1 to Channel 4 (2 hours ahead there), DVD player, new DVD library, music system CD/MP3 & iPod dock. The apartment has marble floors, in the kitchen there are granite worktops, ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave, toaster & filtered drinking water. The bathroom has a heated towel rail & monsoon power shower and Jasper Conran towels. We have not provided beach towels - please bring beach towels with you. Both bedrooms have luxury bed linen, hair dryers & magnifying makeup mirrors. Thicker autumn & winter quilts are provided for guests staying over the winter months. There is also a travel cot & potty provided . The exclusive facilities include 2 pools, poolside showers & changing rooms. We have provided free 'meet & greet' service with English management - we do not use a key safe. We provide free aircon (except over the winter period). The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and free standard cleaning on your departure. WIFI provided. If you would like mid holiday clean and beds made up with clean linens, new towels and includes bathroom and kitchen clean, we can provide this for a small extra charge. Any booking over 14 days - mid way clean is mandatory and an additional charge of £35 will apply for new linens, towels and mini clean. ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON UP TO 4 PEOPLE, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL SMALL CHARGE IF 5 PEOPLE

Nice apartment

Nice apartment but quite far out from bars/restaurants (although we knew this when we booked so not an issue for us!). We had a few issues (e.g. no hot water) but the Property Manager was great and very responsive, fixing the issues really quickly. Property could do with a bit of a deep clean (oven and baking trays etc weren’t very clean) but would still recommend for people planning to be eating out most of the time. Overall it was a nice apartment with only minor improvements needed, and I imagine it’s fabulous in the summer months. Thank you to the hosts!

Great Apartment.

Great apartment. Very clean and spacious. Lovely big balcony with view of the 2 x pools. Plenty of sunbeds. Grounds were kept very tidy by Andrew. Excellent meet and greet. We will be back again !

Not quite as hoped for

Large apartment but wasn’t well cleaned. Lots of cobwebs in the rooms. Which really let it down. The terrace is lovely but very overlooked which you can’t see when booking. My friend stayed there years ago and had forgotten how overlooked you are. It’s also a very noisy place during the week as they run some sort of crèche out of the gym so lots of small kids. So ok for a family. Not a couple or adults in my opinion.

My husband Chris and I live in Winchester and have 4 grown up daughters. We wanted to buy a holiday home abroad and decided on Cyprus as we absolutely love it there and plan to eventually live in Cyprus. We looked for a long time to find the perfect apartment and area, and this is it!

We have furnished our apartment with high quality furnishings and fittings, because we love to pamper ourselves when we are away, this is definitely not just a rental property, it is our home.

Why they chose this property

We love Cyprus, and decided to buy in Peyia for several reasons.
Firstly the nearest beach is Coral Bay - the most popular beach on the Island.
We also will have views of the Marina that is being built between Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour - which will be spectacular. We also loved the fact that you have mountain views behind you, sea views in front but also mountain goats grazing minutes from our apartment (looked after by a local farmer), so a lovely peaceful, feeling. We are also a few minutes from lots of bars, restaurants and night life. You have the best of both here.

When you want to relax, come back to our exclusive resort and chill.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment has an enormous balcony, compared to most other apartments and allows you to enjoy the sun in privacy if you wish.

We have provided beautiful rattan furniture on the balcony to enjoy - great to unwind here in the evening. There are also sunbeds provided. We are also in a fantastic position in front of the two pools and landscaped gardens.

We are the one apartment with internet access-so allows you to catch up with your emails or facebook whenever you want.

Getting to our apartment is easy - only 30 minutes from Paphos airport.
