This spacious, bright, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is ideally located for families, golfers and couples in peaceful Amarilla Golf. Terraces at the front and back of this ground floor apartment give day long sunshine and are equipped with patio tables and chairs.
The shared pool is within a stones throw away and has comfortable loungers. There is a family run bar downstairs from the pool open from 10am which serves breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The pool is perfect for adults and children alike - a shallow area where children are safe to play around and a deeper area for adults to swim.
Amarilla Golf and Country Club is open to non-members, and the Clubhouse provides bar meals, restaurant and swimming pool with loungers. There is no need to hire a car for your stay however if you chose to, car hire is available at the airport, or at the resort. Local bars and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk and the neighbouring resort of Golf del Sur is just 10-15 minutes walk away. San Miguel Marina is minutes away and has two bars with beautiful views of the marina and sea. The larger resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are a short 15 min drive away. The traditional Canarian fishing village of Los Abrigos is a 35 minute walk along the beautiful coastal path and contains a number of excellent restaurants. The apartment has WIFI.
We are professional people, with two young children, who share ownership with a close friend. We personally love the area and visit the apartment on a regular basis. This helps to ensure the apartment is kept in great condition as we continually strive to ensure everything is kept just as we'd like to find it ourselves.

Ground floor apartment with terraces front and back,ensuring sun always hits one or the other. Hedge lined with good privacy.
Set in very clean well landscaped and maintained grounds. Perfect for our group of 4 adults and one toddler.
Swimming pool quiet and friendly atmosphere, again very clean, safe for children.
A handful of restaurants/bars close by but bigger selection east along coastal path, about 20 min walk.
As to be expected,being fairly close to airport, the complex is near the flight path but that doesnt present a nuisance at all, so not something to worry about.
This apartment could not have been more perfect for us. We had all we needed and more! The location was perfect, close to the pool, the sea, the shop and restaurants, all easy to walk to, and we often did. We hired a car and visited Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, Los Gigantes, Mount Teide, El Medano, Los Abrigos and Puerto de la Cruz to name a few, all very easy to drive to from this apartment. We would all love to return to Tenerife and when we do we would love to stay again in this apartment. Sam is so friendly and helpful with questions you may have. I do feel sadness about one thing...I am sad that i am not sitting on the sun terrace right now, in the warm sunshine, gazing up at the beautiful Mount Teide. Just got back from staying in this apartment for 9 days and had a fabulous time. The apartment is very spacious and has all home comforts that you need, even wifi which kept my son extremely happy keeping in touch with his friends back home. The washing machine came in handy refreshing the towels through our stay. The owner Sam is easily contacted by email, text or phone and always quick to response. If I travel to this area again I have no problem in selecting this property to go back to. There is the Aries Irish bar and the pool very close and the food at the Aries Bar is fantastic.
Just returned home having stayed for 8 days. Excellent apartment, very good beds, plenty of choice of UK television channels. Very clean & comfortable
Apartment large with two balconies. Very good position & near to swimming pools which seem to be recently refurbished.
Great bar named Aries nearby with excellent food & great atmosphere.
We be going to Tenerife for over 23 years & was impressed.
The only thing to improve apartment would be a safe.
Easy to book & any questions answered asp.

Having just returned from our 9 night holiday in this apartment, we would like to extend our thanks to Jo for the rental,which was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, close to the pool and some very good restaurants near by.
The only point I would make, which is nothing to do with the apartment, is that the pool area only has 20 sun loungers and becomes quite busy at times, I just wish someone would enforce the notice that sun loungers are not to be reserved with towels etc, this was very frustrating when a family of 5, disappeared for 4 hours leaving towels & inflatables on the loungers therefore stopping other people using them.
We will definitely return to this apartment in the future and certainly recommend it to other families.

£100 refundable bond is required to secure the apartment. Full payment due 6 weeks before date of entry. The bond is non refundable if the apartment is canceled or there are significant damages.
There is no restriction on changeover days. The normal departure time is 10 am (nb. we aim to be as flexible as possible with this, please contact us with any specific requests).
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts may be available for rental of more than 1 week.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal (please note that a 5% transaction fee will be added to the booking costs for PayPal to cover the fees associated with using this service).
We can be made to our UK bank account or to our Spanish Bank Account in Euros (following conversion of £ rental rate at existing currency exchange rate).
