A stunning blend of modernity and antiquity set within the walls of an 18th century Palacio, the apartment is fully equipped with every essential and so much more. The beach, the cathedral, the galleries, tapas bars, and cafes are all on your doorstep. The Palazzio is near the famous Placa Major. A taxi from the airport takes 12 minutes and there is a regular bus service.
I live in London which I enjoy however, I love the sun and thought that by buying an apartment in Palma would allow me to escape the long winters in England. Palma has so much to offer all ages and everything is so accesable. My grown up children love coming for long weekends with me and also come for visits with their friends.

Old Palma is beautifully preserved. There are very few converted 16th century palazzios. I loved the idea of a modern apartment within historic walls. This place is unique
I loved the idea that one can walk every where. That as you walk down cobbled streets you are surrounded by beautiful buildings. There are fabulous bars and restaurants on my doorstop. There is a lovely beach 10 minutes away.
The apartment is everything it says! Very well equipped, everything works well and it's clean, modern and comfortable. Just a perfect place to explore the delights of Palma. After 2 days here we were able to find our way home with ease, great exercise.
It sleeps 4 comfortably and the bathroom is good with constant hot water. We were delighted to be able to get bbc iplayer working ( thanks to the app information from my son). Thus we were able to watch Strictly with a great takeaway paella.
There are so many tapas bars and restaurants close by. We had coffee and croissants each morning at the Cafe d'en Coll just round the corner. We loved a tapas bar called Lizarran in Plaza Mayor. A modern take on tapas and very good value.
There is an amazing small bakery at the end of the street. Alex, the owner is very helpful and friendly and he ordered us a taxi to the airport from the shop.
Your apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and, once we got our bearings, the location was just wonderful. Exactly as described . . close to everything and a stroll to the beach.
For us this city of alleyways, lanes & squares could not have been better for a couple of 'moochers'. We loved the old town streets and what they offered in terms of goods, service and atmosphere.
It wasn't difficult to find the adopted 'local' cafe - 100 yards to the Cafe d'En Coll where they looked after us every day. Not 'touristy'; just simple, full of locals and friendly staff - excellent coffee. A superb starting point for the day ahead - be that the beach, the shops or a bit of sight seeing. Alex at the bakery was a lovely man - and his products were delicious.
What a fabulous city. We had touched on it before but hadn't realised the size and attitude of the place. At some stage, we will definitely return - we just hope you still have the apartment!
The apartment has a spacious living area and is well equipped. It was clean and well presented on arrival. There were fans and air conditioning to deal with very hot weather and Daphne ( Property owner) and Boryana (Local Caretaker) were very helpful and courteous at all stages of our booking. Palma old town is delightful and has a very pleasant atmosphere. There is plenty to keep the historians busy for several days! As a family, we mainly walked but there is an excellent bus service, hop on hop off sightseeing bus and train connections. The railway station that is approximately ten minutes walk from the apartment and the Airport about fifteen minutes by Taxi but there is also an excellent Bus service. Palma is well connected! We hired a car for two days at the end of our trip to access some of the more remote areas of the Island but be warned that car parking is difficult to find around the City. Although we are not 'Foodies' there are numerous fine restaurants. We appreciated the recommendations in the guest information and enjoyed some really fine dining around the city during our stay.
Arrived at Palma airport late in the evening and was very pleased that it was so easy to get a 10minute cab to the property! The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, and had everything we needed (TV, WIFI, Washing machine, dishwasher etc). The apartment is in a beautiful location right in the heart of the Old Town Palma, with local restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores all less than a 1 minute walk away. The beach/ sea front is only a 10minute walk away and there are plenty of beaches to relax on with lovely beachfront bars/restaurants all along the seafront to stop at for drinks and food. We also hired bicycles on one of the days for about 5euros and had a wonderful ride along the seafront. The apartment is also only a 5-10minute walk away from the train station, Cathedral and to the main shopping strip in Palma. It really is a beautiful place that i would recommend to anyway.

I stayed in this lovely central apartment in the beautiful part of old Palma just behind the cathedral recently with my mother. Its just round the corner from lots of fun bars, restaurants and interesting shops. Very central location, a quick walk to the bus station, trains so easy to visit the rest of the island, and also a quick walk to the beach.
It is right opposite the oldest hot cholocate cafe in Palma - perfect for breakfast!
The beautiful apartment is part of a modernized palacio and the communal areas are clean and well looked after. It was quiet at night and other owners/guests were very respectful.
The apartment itself is comfortable lots of space and windows overlooking the central courtyard.
Everything has been well maintained and works well.
We had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again.
Daphne was very efficient and helpful.
