A 25% deposit (non refundable) is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the apartment.
This deposit can be paid by Visa or Mastercard, Paypal, by bank transfer in Euros to a Spanish Bank or by bank transfer in the Pound Sterling equivalent to a UK bank.
The remaining 75% balance will be payable on arrival.
Also due at check in will be a refundable 150 Euros damage deposit which can either be made in cash or by credit card and returned to you at check out.
Included in the quoted total price is use of the apartment and its facilities during the contracted period, electricity and water, bed linen and towels, Wifi 24/7, cleaning of the apartment after you leave and all local taxes.
OUR APARTMENTS ARE ALL LEGALLY REGISTERED AS VACATION RENTAL ACCOMMODATION AND CONFORM TO THE STRINGENT STANDARDS SET BY THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT.

Guided visits can be arranged: depending on where to and duration. Please contact us or speak to one of our Reps when you arrive.
The nearest beach is at Matalascanas, Huelva - 92 kms (1 hr drive). Other beautiful sandy beaches can be found along the Atlantic coast going south starting at Sanlucar de Barrameda (125 kms (1.20 hrs), stretching down to Tarifa and the Straits of Gibraltar.
Santa Justa Railway Station 3km. Seville Int Airport 20 mins drive. We offer a "meet and greet" airport transfer service which, arranged with us before hand, for a max 4 people, one way - 40 Euros, both ways cost 70 Euros. A great & economical way to travel around central Seville is to hire a Sevici bike. They have many pick up/drop off stations throughout the city all within 300m of where you are. Book before arrival to get your smart card in time. Car hire not necessary.

How about a weekend away? BA / IBERIA / VUELING / RYAN AIR & EASY JET operate cheap daily flights to Seville from a variety of UK airports - and we have the accommodation - a perfect combination.
You will be in the heart of Seville where there are a great many things to do and see, take a leisurely stroll along the banks of the river Guadalquivir, go and see the awe inspiring Cathedral, which is the largest Gothic Cathedral in the world and its Moorish 'Giralda' Tower.
Other important historic sights that should not be missed are the Reales Alcazares, Plaza Espana and Maria Luisa Park, Museum of Fine Arts to name but a few. Take a tram ride around the city sights, or a take in a river cruise. Stroll around the great shops and boutiques, the leather wear on sale here is second to none. Visit the lively local market at Calle Feria, held on Thursdays.
After an exciting day you may want to go and try the local food in one of numerous tapas bars and restaurants. By the river you can find many romantic restaurants, some of them open air. Maybe choose to have dinner in the centre and dine whilst watching a traditional Flamenco show.
As well as shows and plays, ballet and opera can be seen at various theatres, often featuring famous international performers.
The nightlife in the city is very lively, fuelled by the many bars, clubs and discos where you can keep going till dawn, and then you can go for chocolate and churros, an absolute 'must'.

- Notes on accommodation: One of our 3 full-time multi-lingual reps will be at the apartments to meet you when you arrive and can assist you with any queries that you may have during your stay. They can advise on local amenities, where to eat, best places to visit and shop. They will also be there when you check out and collect the keys from you when you leave. The apartments are suitable for children. There is no charge for children of under 12 years of age. Cots, and high chairs are available at no extra cost. (check availability). The apartments are cleaned at changeover, the linen is changed every 4th day, however, we can arrange to have yours cleaned and the linen changed during your stay for an extra charge. Please ask for details. Outside: On the roof, there is a communal sun terrace, offering plenty of sun and shade, sun loungers and a shower.
