Notes on accommodation: Smoking is only permitted on the veranda and not inside the apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor overlooking the pool and has sea views. For small children we supply a bed guard, car seat and travel cot, high chair, car seat, swimming aids and floats. There are many extras in the apartment all catered for convenience. Outside: The pool area has 8 sunloungers and 4 umbrellas which belong to the complex. In the store room there are 2 luxury sun loungers which belong only to our apartment. The veranda has a luxury Rattan table with 6 chairs. There is allocated parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and beach towels are provided. Beach towels can be taken out of the complex. The property is cleaned when new guests arrive. Maid service can be arranged during your stay and is payable as extra.

Perfect Apartment

Stayed here for 10 nights and it is a really really nice apartment, the owner has put everything you could possibly need there and it's very clean, spacious and quiet at night.

The pool/communal area is again very well maintained and clean and its really relaxing and peaceful around the pool, whilst we were there often there wasnt many other people round the pool so we had it all to ourselves sometimes which was nice, when others did use it it was either the locals that lived there or people that had holiday homes there and I have to say everyone we met was really nice and very friendly we felt very at home there.

We hired a car for whole holiday which is necessary but the apartment is in such a good location to be based that you can travel all over the island and the longest it took us to get anywhere was about 1.5hrs and that was going all the way to Paphos! There's lots of nice resturants In Larnaca which is only a 10min drive and some nice local ones near by too.

Overall very nice holiday in a lovely apartment. The owner is extremely helpful too.

Great holiday apartment!

Having stayed in Helen and Paul's apartment in Orklini a couple of years back we had high expectations and we weren't disappointed. The apartment was spotless and fully furnished with everything we needed to make this a home from home. The meet and greet with the rep was great and knowing we had a young baby she even had the carry cot set up for us.

Would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

We spent a very relaxing week in Cyprus in this wonderful apartment. Absolutely spotless and fully furnished.I was able to make Frappe Coffee as there was even a hand blender!! An abundance of towels for the bath and beach, DVDs, game machine and mobile phone. Home from Home. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

About Helen

Hello and welcome, we are Helen & Paul. Helen is Cypriot, and has been coming to Cyprus since she was a baby (which is many years) We have been married for over 20 years and Paul fell in love with Cyprus from the first time he came 25 years ago and feels very much at home whenever he visits. We come to Cyprus every year with our children and they just love it. Our background has always been in the rental business. We like to look after our guests and make them feel at home and we take great pride in how we run our apartments. We always make sure we can be contacted and if our guests need anything then we will make sure that they get what they want. As long as it is not unreasonable, of course. We visit the apartments frequently to make sure they are always kept to a high standard.

Why Helen chose Tersefanou

This was the village where Helens father was from. Helen had been coming to visit family here since she was very little and has very fond memories. St Marinas church is in the village square. Our daughter was named after St Marina and one of Helens aunts lived directly opposite the church and the priest always opened the church for us whenever we visited so we can bless our daughter who was born with special needs. Tersefanou is very special to us and always will be on so many levels.

What makes this apartment unique

We are so happy with this property and know that we made the right choice. The apartment is situated perfectly overlooking the pools and sea views. Tersefanou is conveniently located as you have choices of places to go and they are easily accessible.

If you are a keen diver or interested in taking up lessons we have good contacts with Dive-in scuba school in Larnaca, who offer daily single and double tank dive trips, night dives, island wide safaris, photographic dives and snorkel trips plus special fun dives for children aged 8 plus.


There are many beaches in Larnaca. The nearest beach is approx 3km from the apartment. Faros beach is a very popular beach with the tourists and is only about 4km away. The main tourist beach is an award winning Blue Flag beach which is in Larnaca town. So you will have the choice of Beach/Marina/Shops/Restaurants. A great day out!


Larnaca airport is just 10 minutes drive away. Car hire is advisable. We can arrange car hire on request. However, taxi's are readily available. The next village is Kiti which is close by and has more restaurants and shops. Pervolia is also close by and is quite popular with tourists.


Larnaca town is 15 minutes drive. Ayia Napa & Waterworld 30 minutes drive.

Protaras 30 minutes drive. Limassol 30 minutes drive. Nicosia 30 minutes drive. Camel Park 20 minutes drive. Water sports 10 minutes drive. Beaches 5-15 Minute drive. Diving clubs 10 minute drive.
