House in Quesada, Costa Blanca South, Spain

This superb townhouse, 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airport is suitable for couples, singles or families with plenty to keep you occupied within the surrounding area. Within walking distance of the property you find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Quesada centre can be found in a 10 min walk and a 5 min drive will take you to Guardamar 'blue flag' beach. Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive away. The villa boasts a large sitting room with both UK & Norwegien TV, dining area, three spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with corner bath and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The property has one large covered balcony and two private balconies off each upper bedroom. Patio furniture is provided in the large front garden and sunloungers are available for the pool and beach. The area has as many as 35 golf courses with La Marquesa Golf being 5 minutes drive from the property. Alicante, Murcia and Cartengena are all within 45 minutes drive.

Notes on accommodation: This safe, secure property is great for families and has toddler/baby swimming pools. Cots and highchairs available on request. No Pets. No smoking except on outside patios. Outside: This complex boasts beautifully, well kept landscaped gardens surrounding the five shared cascading swimming pools and jacuzzi. The pools are suitable for babies through to accomplished swimmers. The property has a large front garden including patio furniture and umbrella. Sunbeds are provided for the pool and beach. Utility Room: Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, hoover, clothes drier. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. A weekly clean, fresh linen & towels are provided for stays of over one week if required, at an extra cost. Other: The down stairs shower room consists of shower cabinet, basin and toilet. The front garden is equipped with patio table, umbrella and sun loungers.

Fabulous place

Just back from a week stay in this fabulous house, my husband and I with our toddler were able to have the top floor and my parents had peace on the bottom floor. Great places to sit and relax for sun worshippers and those who prefer shade. Lots of added extras like wifi, books, games, and DVD player. Lovely complex and great location, definitely planning on visiting again 😀

Stunning !

Spent an amazing 2 weeks at this property a family of six with partial wheelchair bound guest. Right from initial booking to airport transfer arrangements to key holder contacts this was so easy to book thanks to Susan Keith Pam and Daz for your help to make our holiday so memorable from the house ( does what it says on the tin and some )to the pools area wonderful. I could live there and has certainly given me food for thought . Bars and restaurants to sample. Coopers Arms and Pepas Bar where lovely and only 5 minutes walk. Nice supermarket below pep as. Consum. and lidl 15 minute walk the other way 2 nice bars there as well. Spanglish. and Bar el torro. Don't forget to take a walk to quesada lovely main street full of bars shops restaurants. Fiesta was good as well Guard a Mar and Torrevieja markets are a must for your bargains. Can't rate this place high enough.

Location

Coast/Beach:

The popular beach resort of Guardamar is within a 10 minute drive boasting a promenade of seafront bars and restaurants, a blue flag beach and many watersports. The larger town of Torrevieja is within easy reach which also has blue flag beaches, many shops, restaurants and large harbour with marina. The Mar Menor area has wonderful clear warm waters and a host of beaches to choose from. The Mar Menor is Europe’s largest Lagoon with miles and miles of gently shelving sandy beaches.

Travel:

The house is situated 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airport. A car is recommended but not essential. Excellent taxi service or airport transfer can be arranged.

Distances:

The centre of Quesada with it's many shops, bars and restaurants is within 5 minutes drive from the villa or a 10/15 minute walk. A five minute walk will take you to a supermarket, ice cream parlour, restaurants, post office. Larger commercial centres with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, post office, newsagents are all within 5 minutes drive or 15 minute walk. A 45 min drive will take you to Murcia, Cartegena, Alcante, Elche. The Sofia play park in Guardamar is fantastic for children.
