Holiday Home in Rezevici, Nr. Petrovac, Montenegro - peaceful location, short walk along a path to reach house

This family home is located in one of the most amazing locations on the Montenegrin coast. Behind are the mountains. In front and to left and right are spectacular views up and down the coast. There is a main house with an annex beside it and downstairs is a completely separate self-contained apartment. The fabrics and spices in the kitchen reflect the travels of the owners - especially in Asia. There are books on the shelf for those who want to read and the pool is perfect for cooling down or for exercising. The house is reached by a path and has steep cliffs nearby so is not ideal for very young children unless closely supervised. The area is peaceful and not in the middle of the tourist activity so a car is recommended. Quiet must be observed after 10pm.

About The Owner

Helen and Tom are global nomads who have lived and worked in many parts of the world. In 1996 they first visited Montenegro and fell in love with it. Shortly thereafter they bought a simple holiday house on the site of the current house. They rebuilt in 2006, making a home big enough for family and friends to visit. Nowadays they split their time between Montenegro, Sweden, New York and places in between.

Though the first house was simple (with an outhouse!), the view was the best along the Montenegro coast.

We love going there because it is peaceful and calm, close to the shops and restaurants we need yet also isolated.

Unforgettable staying

We - two families of four people - had a very good rest in Holiday Home in Rezevici, Nr. Petrovac, Montenegro. We stayed there for a week in a middle of July. Practically all the days the weather was sunny and hot, so we could totally enjoy relaxing in our cleanly private pool or in the nice rocky beach which is near, you just have to go down the stairs. There are also a lot of other beaches, more popular - in the closest town Petrovac. Houses are cosy and really comfortable with fully-equipped kitchens with all needed crockery or spacious bedrooms with magnificent view of the sea, coastline and mountains. We are really grateful for representative Dalia and owners for unforgettable staying.

Nearest Airport : Podgorica or Tivat at 50 Kilometres Nearest Beach : at 1 Kilometres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

There is a quiet rocky beach about 10 minutes walk down a steep path to the south and to the north there is a pebble beach with restaurant about 10 minutes walk away. Numerous other beaches are only a short car ride away.

Travel:

A car is recommended. Tivat Airport is about a 45 minute drive away, Podgorica is less than an hour's drive and Dubrovnik Airport is about a 2 and a half hours drive away.

Distances:

Petrovac is the nearest town with a bank, supermarket, etc. It is a 5-8 minutes drive. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Stay tax €1 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 12 years.

Booking Notes:
For reservation, a downpayment of 30% is required. Rest is paid in cash upon arrival. Security deposit of 200 Euros for breakages or damages should be given upon arrival and will be returned on day of departure if there are no damages. Bookings must be for a minimum of 1 week.

Notes on prices:
The prices are quoted in EUR - rate on daily basis.
Apart from the accommodation price, each guest is obliged to pay town tax upon arrival at the following rate:
Eur 0.80 per person / day - for adults.
Eur 0.40 per person / day - for children 12-18 years.
