About this property

This rustic yet tastefully decorated self-catering holiday home features all modern amenities, including private heated swimming pool, brand new 5-person spa, pingpong, badminton and full-size "boules" court. Four-person sauna also available as an option (small supplement). Located in the midst of idyllic rural farmlands, at the very epicenter of France, it's great if you like day trips, hiking or biking. The pool and terrace overlook rolling hills and fields as far as the eye can see. There are no neighboring houses adjoining the property, as it is bordered only by pastures and a working farm. Utter peace and tranquility!
NOTE: The is a big country manor, over a century old, with volcanic stone floors and old oak beams, so if you are looking for modern styling and marble hallways and discotheques up the street, then this place is NOT for you. The house has a spa, heated pool, sauna, spectacular views, and everything to enjoy a great vacation with family or friends, it sleeps up to10-12 people and is offered at a very reasonable price, but ... if you are one of those people who can't enjoy life unless they are complaining about something, then please do NOT rent our house.

Best family holiday we ever had! The venue is fantastic for big family get-togethers. --David, Claire, Charlie & William We have had a most fantastic week with our three sons and their families. We loved the house, the pool and the terrace. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. --The Wainwright family Lovely house, well equipped kitchen - especially for the budding Jamie Oliver's amongst us. Pool was loved by the children, especially when the weather turned warm. There were 12 of us including a baby and the house welcomed us all with plenty of room to spare. A great week was had by all. --The Harrisons, Foxalls, Harrisons & Robinsons Merci beaucoup! Truly a wonderful couple of weeks.What a beautiful house and setting. The sun kept us beautifully warm and the pool then cooled us off magnificently. The house is extremely well equipped and you've clearly thought of everything...all in all, absolutely fantastique and we'll definitely be back. Matériel cassé et ménage succinct

Ayant signalé au propriétaire le bris des trois parasols, du tamis de piscine, il m'a remercié de lui avoir signalé mais sans que quiconque n'intervienne pour le remplacer. En outre le ménage a été survolé, fenêtres sales, poussières même à l'intérieur des placards. Entretien de la piscine sommaire, manque de chlore sur les deux derniers jours du séjour. Cordialement

Séjour Le JUBEAU

Séjour qui s annonçait sous les meilleurs conditions au vue de l annonce .. arrivée 15h34 au lieu de 16h ce qui paraît il a empêché’de faire le ménage , le gîte était d une propreté toute relative ( cuisine grasse , poussière dans les chambres .. toiles d araignées à souhaits .. barbecue proche de sa fin de vie ) Les bouches de ventilation encrassées Pour le nuit prévoir des caches yeux , chambres sans volets ni rideaux occultants ( il fait jour à 6 h du matin) salles de bain tout le temps humides et mal ventilés ( une était même inutilisable le carrelage est cassé sur du bois totalement pourri par l humidité ) Les sanitaires sont tous dépourvus de verrouillage C est la campagne il y a des mouches ok mais les attrapes mouches noires de mouches pas changé dans la cuisine à notre arrivée .. peu ragoûtant Pour ce qui est de l extérieur la piscine chauffée !!Eh bien elle était glacée, la bonde de piscine cassée , les dalles branlantes ,je n ai jamais vu le système de chauffage se mettre en route , l eau du jacuzzi chaude mais verte !! Les parasols tous abîmés Le portillons de la piscine assurant la sécurité d accès .. ne fonctionne pas de plus il est tout bricolé ( déjà signalé dans un commentaire de 2022 sur le site Abritel !!!) scandaleux avec des enfants en bas âges !!! Et selon le propriétaire tout est la faute des anciens locataires.. a bons entendeurs

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis! Petit bémol: le petit portillon assurant l’acces Sécurisé à la piscine était cassé, rendant donc la piscine non sécurisée

Hundreds of breathtaking paths marked for hiking (apps available with itineraries), including historic Compostela route that passes directly by the property.
