Completely renovated stone house, 5 minutes walk to the hamlet of Biniaraitx. The house has spectacular views of the mountains. A special feature is the garden with orange and lemon trees. Glass doors open to a large furnished terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers. The interior is modern furnished to a high standard.

The house is located in a quiet area and is very well equipped. There is a very light living-dining area with open plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Lovely week away

This is a beautiful little property in a fantastic area, within walking distance of Soller and Fornalutx.

We used it as a base to travel around the island, but it was also a great terrace to sit and relax in the sunshine.

The property itself was a good size for the two of us and had everything we needed, maybe apart from a chopping board! It was spotless and well maintained.

Thank you for a fabulous stay and for all the lovely fruit from the garden! A beautiful place to spend our holiday.

We spent our 3-week summer holiday in this casita in Biniaraix, very near to Soller. The casita is very well taken care off, the garden is very nice and sunny (we picked the fresh oranges from 'our' trees in the morning) and to us it was a home away from home. We will definitely rent again. Perfect casita if you prefer a tranquil place with lots of privacy.
