Just perfect!

A well maintained, beautiful, clean and comfortable property with absolutely everything you could need, including WiFi...felt like home from home but with the benefit of a lovely private and secluded pool, even the weather was amazing (for November). Close enough to all amenities and a wonderful place to relax. The owner was most informative and very helpful. We will most definitely return and would recommend this property. Thank you.

Coast/Beach:

Less than 10 minutes is beautiful Foz de Arelho. This Blue Flag beach has plenty of bars/restaurants and is popular with families; the waters of the 'lagoon' inlet are calmer for kite-surfing, jet-skiing and swimming. To the north lies Sao Martinho, a spectacular horseshoe shaped bay enjoying a wider selection of shopping outlets, and to the south is the beautiful and popular Baleal beach, and also the towns of Cascais and Sintra. Many secluded beaches are nestled along the coastline to explore.

Travel:

By car: Lisbon Airport is 45 minutes (Easyjet:TAP:BA) Porto Airport is approximately 2 hours. Faro Airpot (Monarch) is approximately 3 hours. Car hire is essential to fully enjoy and explore this beautiful region.

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa is equipped to provide everything you need for a hassle free holiday. The south facing secure garden with private pool enjoys sunshine from dawn 'til dusk allowing you to sunbathe all day and then watch the sunset from the balcony whilst enjoying a glass of wine. We are non-smokers and therefore request all visitors to respect our request for no smoking indoors. No pets. We do not provide towels for use on the beach. Outside: Private gated access to property making it secure for children and totally private. Ample room for parking due to quiet cul de sac location. Large patio area to the rear with private 10x5m pool. Covered terrace provides shade when needed. Patio table, chairs and umbrella for use when dining alfresco! Sun-loungers with covers. Brick built BBQ area. Utility Room: Iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hoover, mop, bucket and cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels and bedlinen are provided. Towels for use round the pool are provided and we ask you NOT to take these to the beach. There's a compulsory cleaning charge of £80 and a mid-stay linen change charge of £30 for stays of 10 days or more. Other: Ground floor room with direct access to garden and pool area. Sunbeds, sunbed covers, pool towels, patio table/chairs/chair pads/umbrella, ironing board and iron are also stored in this room.
