Our apartment is managed by highly professional company Lonely Homes Ltd. Paphos. A gated secured COMMON PARKING space is provided.

The Royal Seacrest has two large LAGOON SWIMMING POOLS with waterfall and rock features, shallow children's pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. FREE use of Sun beds and Umbrella around the pool area. Separate children's play area.

PERSONAL Private Parking place reserved in the complex .

The complex is 500 meters from the historical monument Tombs of The Kings road where there are abundance of BARS AND RESTAURANTS and a further 100 meters you are at the MUNICIPALITY BEACH. Nearest Beach is 5-8 minute walk from the apartment.

PAPHOS HARBOR area is just 20 minute walk away from the apartment and can also reach by bus within 5 minutes. Younger generation can also enjoy the Bar Street area of the HARBOR.

Across the road there is a bank with ATM. On the corner is a 24 hour kiosk and there is even a choice of mini markets within 100 meters. The range of places to eat is huge and you can eat in a different one every night and never get bored.The market in the old town is also within walking distance. A brand new beautiful King's Avenue Mall opened in November 2013 is just 1 KM from the apartment.

PAPHOS HARBOR area is just 20 minute walk away from the apartment and can also reach by bus within 5 minutes. Younger generation can also enjoy the Bar Street area of the HARBOR.

I am a retired Banker worked all my life in the Financial Institutions. I'm very pleased to be the owner of this apartment. I love to travel, especially to warmer sunny places like Paphos. It's very important to me that my guests enjoy wonderful holidays and that they feel relaxed and comfortable in the apartment. I've tried to ensure that the decor and appliances are to a high standard and that everything you need is provided. The king size bed has a comfortable mattress to ensure that you have a good nights sleep. I provide a visitors guide with lots of information on where to go in the area and things to do, lots of top tips for you! I'm fortunate to have an excellent property manager who is on call for you 24/7.

Why the owner chose this property on this location. I love Cyprus for many reasons, not least the 300 days of sunshine a year. I purchased this apartment because it is in a prime location in Paphos to explore the Island from. However, if you just want to stay local everything is within a walking distance like - restaurants, shops, culture and history, pubs/clubs, sea and sand. It has something for everyone! Paphos has a long holiday season because of the great, sunny weather. The sunsets in Paphos are incredible. The apartment is a home from home in the sun. It has 2 beautiful large lagoon swimming pools, Jacuzzis and a Gym. One of the lagoon pools has a separate children's pool.

As well as being a great price for the standard of accommodation you can save so much money having all your food and drinks readily available in your own fully equipped kitchen. Have coffee on the balcony when you wake in the morning and a cool beer in the evening with no room service charges to pay! Roof Terrace gives a panoramic view of the sea. You have property managers on call 24/7 English couple so friendly, helpful and can assist you in many other ways as per your requirements.

Just What I Needed.

I was traveling on my own to attend a friends wedding in Paphos and this apartment was perfect for me. It does exactly what it says on the tin and the photos give a very true example of the apartment. All facilities you would need and some extras that I didn't expect. Also the added bonus of a roof terrace with an amazing view over the town and to the sea. I sat on the balcony with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset on many nights. The tombs of the kings is a couple of minutes walk and in 20-30 minutes strolling along the beach you can be in the harbour. The walk across the field to the main street is a bit spooky at night but if you have someone to walk with you then its absolutely fine. Lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distace. Coast/Beach:

Coral Bay Beach: The best sandy beach in Western Cyprus (10 minutes drive 6 miles). It is a lovely long curved stretch of golden sand that falls in between two headlands. The beach is well-equipped and has calm shallow waters all around. The bay also has some splendid little coves in the region and many a place to explore. The bay offers the chance for some outstanding diving. Laatchi Beach: This lovely beach with beautiful scenery is located close to Latchi fishing harbour in the Polis area.

Travel:

Fly to Paphos International Airport - Kato Paphos/Tombs of the Kings is only 17km from the airport. Taxis are available from the airport and cost approx €30 to the apartment. Car hire is not required as everything needed is available within a short walking distance e.g. beach, shops, restaurants unless you want to explore other cities of Cyprus.

Distances:

The apartment is situated in a secluded area between the Tombs of the Kings area of Kato Paphos and the coastline. Well located, it is only a few minutes walk from Tomb of the Kings Avenue, where there are many bars and restaurants, and from Faros beach (blue flag).

Beyond that the harbour area is a 20-25 minute walk along the new coast path and you can reach the old town and market within 5 minutes. There are local air conditioned buses that pass nearby and taxis are easily obtained.

Lara Bay/Turtle Bay (15 miles) - on the Akamas Peninsular

Paphos has two Blueflag sandy beaches and watersports, including paragliding, windsurfing and jet skis are widely available on most beaches in Paphos and the surrounding areas.

The whole of Paphos is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 4th Century BC Tomb of the Kings are only a 5 minute walk away.

Nearby attractions include the Paphos Bird Park, the Water Park and go-karting.

There is a 5* PADI Dive school and 5* ESPA Spa at the nearby Elysium hotel (800m away).

Great apartment, central location

We loved our holiday in this beautiful top floor apartment with sea views. Spotlessly clean with changes of fresh linen and towels, the apartment had everything we needed. Ceiling fans in every room and full airconditioning are provided. The location is convenient to the main area of restaurants, shops, beaches and archeological sites of which there are many. The complex itself is great with 2 pools, pleanty of sunbeds and umbrellas and it was well managed and again spotlessly clean. We had a hire car and there was more than enough of secure safe parking. We recieved great information and assistance from the owner before the holiday and there is a detailed information book in the apartment which we found invaluable. Would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to return at some stage in the future.

A lovely relaxing holiday

The apartment had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The pool area was lovely, very clean with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. It was well located with lovely bars and restaurants close. The bus route was also very good and easy to use. Overall the stay was lovely and I will be recommending this apartment to family and friends and hopefully be returning in the future.

Excellent apartment and very helpful Owner

We were impressed with this spacious and well furnished apartment. Just about everything you could possible want was provided and everything worked ok. The balcony had excellent views and was a joy to sit there and watch the sunset. The apartment is conveniently located near the restaurants and bus stop for visits to the harbour area and Coral bay (best beach). Shyam provided a good honest customer service as well as being very helpful and flexible. Top marks to him. Edgar and family.

The appartment was ideal for our relaxing stay

We arrived about 10 in the evening first impression was execllent and that impression never change for our 2 week stay, the welcome pack was handey with or arrival time as we were able to have a brew. the property was spotlessly clean

the location was very handy for the Tombs of the kings road where there many restaurants/bars . There is a good bus service yo the harbour area which ran from early morning till late. Cost is 1.5 euro and 2 after 9 at night .

I only had two complaints one was the large pool in the complex was out of action and after our two weeks stay i only seen anyone working on it once after speaking with a regular visitor they said would not be repaired till end of season also the smaller pool had missing covers over filters on the bottom

where you could easily go over on your ankle. two was the gym? was just an empty locked room.

Apart from that i would have no hesitation in recommending the property to my friends and also use myself

There was some leakage of the water that our developer had to wait the technician/engineer to come back from their holidays. Owners of the complex have decided to replace all the equipments of the Gym to a higher standard. In view of the safety of our guest it was decided to close the Gym. fabulous apartment and complex

quite complex with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time. A mix of owners and all year round renters as well as holiday makers means this is a well kept complex. the apartment had loads of extras and we were very comfortable when we decided to stay in and have some down time. Lovely balcony and views to the sea. cool in the apartment. good location with bars and variety of restaurants but also a good bus link to all of the area. Definitely would like to go back. owner very helpful.

Cancellation Policy: More than 8 weeks - loss of deposit. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund. Note: refundable security deposit will be returned approx 7 days after the end of your stay.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover days and times. Note: Apartment will not be available until 4pm on a changeover day. Apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am on a changeover day.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week for 2 people including the children unto 12 years old.
£15 per stay linen charge for more than two people.
10% discount for bookings of 14 nights or more.
Flexible changeover days and times : Available at 4.00 pm and will need to be vacated by 10.00 am.
