Only 15 minutes from Nice Airport. Very refined high class interior sleeps 4 in bedroom and lounge. Fully secured garage comes with the apartment, linen provided. Shops and restaurant within walking distance. Beach at the base of the building no road in front just the sea. Perfect holiday destination. For those who want to ski and have the sun at the same time this winter book our flat it is only 1h drive from the ski resort of Gréolières les neiges. Owners also own nice villa cottage with pool 15 minutes drive away from this flat (reference FR6129).

We stayed one week in late June 2012 and had a wonderful time in the appartment. Suzanne and Don made us feel very welcome immediately, even though we arrived at midnight. The appartment itself is very comfortable with quality in every detail. We slept well, enjoyed the fabulous ocean view from the terrace and convenient beach approach by elevator! We will certainly try to revisit soon!

Fantastic accommodation and location.

Everything is superb. High quality accommodation. We stayed for 3 weeks and were even supplied with clean linen half way through our stay. Location is superb and even though we hired a car this time it really was unnecessary. We can not recommend this property highly enough. Christopher and Suzanne are excellent hosts providing a top quality, professional and friendly service. Will return next year for our third visit if it is available.

Everything you could wish for!

Lovely apartment with fabulous views overlooking the beach. As we chose not to hire a car this time it was an ideal location to explore the surrounding area by train and bus as both the station and bus stops are only a 5 minute walk. Everything we needed was a two minute walk away and we spent 3 days just in the marina and beaches relaxing, eating and having just the odd glass of wine!! Thanks to Suzanne, Don And Christopher. We will be back!

Lovely Flat, Lovely View, We'll be Back

We spent two weeks at this lovely seafront apartment. Most of our time at the flat was spent on the terrace enjoying its wonderful sea view.

The apartment is very well appointed, with by far the best equipped kitchen we've had in a holiday let.

The location is great, just three floors down and you're straight on the beach & a short walk to some very nice local restaurants, bars, shops & supermarkets.

It's close to the station so you can explore the coast from Monaco to Cannes & beyond without needing a car

Christopher & Suzanne were very helpful, but never intrusive. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay

This is a lovely apartment, with a fabulous view directly over a quiet beach and a small harbour. The balcony is a perfect place to spend hours over a relaxed brunch, or for quietly reading, as boats come and go. When you want to swim, the beach and a pool are just a few steps away, as are the pretty communal gardens. It's hardly necessary to leave the site, because there are cafes, restaurants and shops (good croissants) within a short walking distance, but should you wish to venture out, Monaco, Nice and Antibes are all nearby, as are the gorgeous villages Eze and St Paul de Vence. The apartment owners are extremely helpful before and during the holiday, should you need any advice, but otherwise leave you in complete peace. A highly recommended holiday venue. (But please don't book it the next time I want it) :)

We were met by Suzanne after a long car journey from Calais - what a wonderful and informative lady. Whilst there we were lucky enough to meet Don and Christopher, who again were so welcoming. The apartment was absolutely stunning and the location superb. Everything was so close, swimming pool, marina and supermarket. We had a fabulous week and will return again. We thoroughly recommend this apartment

It has been fully refurbished recently and purpousely kept in the original configuration of the architect. Very few flats are available with the situation it has and fitted out to this high standard. Outside: Landscaped gardens, beach right at the feet of the building no road in front of the flat very quiet. Nice terrace with table and chairs for 4.
