Other places of interest are the local fishing villages, and at Ponde Grande there are the impressive large arches and underwater caverns. There are several golf courses between 5- 30 minutes drive away. Faro international airport is approx 30-40 minutes drive away.

Faro international airport is approx 30-40 minutes drive from the apartment. Travel by taxi transfer bus or rent a car. The route to Albufeira is well signposted. Alternatively you can arrange a pick up service through the management company.
Zoo Marine is 10km.
Albufeira is a 'once upon a time fishing village', now a major holiday resort with old and full modern facilities such as shopping banking and restaurants.

The apartment can be reserved subject to availability upon receipt of a deposit of 25%. The balance must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival date, or paid in full if period is within the 6 weeks. There is an admin fee of 5% on all refunds. Payments by transfer to notified bank account. There is a GBP 200 refundable loss/damage deposit.
9 weeks = loss of deposit
7-8 weeks = 50 % of full amount due
5-6 weeks = 75% of full amount
4 weeks or less = 100% of total amount
Changeover day is presently flexible, and will be confirmed at the time of acceptance of booking. Accommodation is available from 3pm on day of arrival. Vacate is by 10.00am on day of departure.

- Notes on accommodation: Bedrooms and living area are provided with air conditioning/ reverse cycle to heaters. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Children are welcome. Cots and high chairs are available for hire from the management company. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow pets on the premises. There is a strict no smoking policy within the apartment. Outside: To the front of the lounge there is a patio, suitable for alfresco dining. This area can be used to BBQ. There is also a side patio area which overlooks both swimming pools (convenient to monitor the children). The pool areas include pool furniture. Utility Room: If requested / available. A useful storage room for suitcases, golf clubs and general items. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is provided cleaned upon arrival and cleaned on departure. Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly. Guests to provide their own beach and poolside towels. Additional maid service can be applied for through the management company. Other: Hallway with teak furniture, intercom security access system.
