Binibequer Vell is situated on the southern end of the island and comprises a cluster of private villas built around the fishing village of Binibeca Vell. The village of Binibequer Vell was constructed in 1972 to recreate a Menorcan fishing village. There are a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars and this is a traffic free area. The villa is a 5 minute walk to all of the restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The beach of Binibequer is a short walk away and boasts one of the best beach bar restaurants of the Island. The location is convenient to Mahon and the Airport. Both being only 15 minutes away by car.

There are two supermarkets, four bars, three restaurants and an ice cream parlour all within 5 minutes walk.

The villa has internet connectivity and satellite TV which includes UK channels.

The villa has covered off road parking for at least two cars.

The villa also has private swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Gardens and pool are regularly maintained in great condition.

There is also a large lawned garden which not only adds to the villa's outlook but is a great area for children to play on.

Great villa, excellent customer service

Very comfortable villa with everything anyone could need. All facilities were as described and worked well and the villa was spotlessly clean. Maid service, pool cleaning and garden maintenance were all done regularly to a high standard and the local management were very helpful too. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, local supermarkets and the sea. We didn't ned to use our hire car for everyday essentials and getting out and about was easy from this very convenient location. We were looking for a relaxing holiday and we got exactly what we wanted. The booking process was so easy and so friendly, possibly the best we've ever had over many years. Although our family are grown up we would thoroughly recommend this property for any family whether with or without children.

Excellent, great location, well appointed, good pr

This is our 6th stay in a villa in Menorca. This villa is the best by along way. (Including ones owned by James Villas!) Its so well appointed, the kitchen lacks nothing and is an excellent working space. The lounge furniture is comfortable and the tv and wifi are a great bonus. The beds are very comfy and theres plenty of storage. We love the laundry area. The outside space is well maintained and the pool a very good size and a sea view from the roof terrace. It is ideaaly situated for a stroll down to the sea with supermarkets and restaurants all in walking distance. A fabulous traditional villa with modern extras . The owners are easy to contact and very happy to answer questions. 5 stars are not enough.exce

Fabulous villa, great location

We have stayed in various different villas in Binibeca from having tiny children to primary aged, and this is by far the best villa for several reasons.

The location is perfect, you are within walking distance of the restaurants and shops and only a 5 minute drive from a beautiful virgin beach.

The villa is really well appointed, each room leads to the pool area, the garden is a great size, perfect for kids, and you are not overlooked at all. The kitchen is very well equipped and the BBQ area is perfectly located next to the kitchen door.

Highly recommend this villa!!

Fabulous villa in a great location.

A great villa within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Super pool area with attractive, well maintained gardens and good quality patio furniture and sun loungers. The patio awnings offer welcome shade during the heat of the day. The layout of the villa is superb, the master "suite" is spacious and there are a further 2 generous sized bedrooms. The rooms are light and airy and all have patio doors out onto the pool area. The efficient air conditioning is a welcome advantage. The property was spotlessly clean and the towels and bedding were of a good quality. We enjoyed a memorable week here and very much hope to return. As a family of 4 with children aged 7 and 9 we would highly recommend this villa.
