The apartments are perfectly placed within the new and exclusive '5 star' Parque da Corcovada holiday complex, only 5 minutes walk from a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. Great location for those who like to be within easy reach of excellent facilities, whilst still enjoying a relaxing holiday away from it all. We love the Algarve's all year sunny climate, superb sandy beaches, relaxed lifestyle and Albufeira's many amenities. When Parque da Corcovada was completed we were amazed by the size and quality of our apartments, which surpassed our requirements for a five star place to stay. It is our aim to provide you with a luxurious and comfortable place to stay, with all the amenities you could wish for. Our apartments have been selected for their prime positioning in the complex. We have two one bedroom apartments at Parque da Corcovada. We bought one off-plan which completed in January 2008 and then liked it so much that we bought another completed apartment in a nearby block in March 2009. Parque da Corcovada is arguably the best new high spec holiday complex in Albufeira and benefits from superb finishing and amenities - everything about the apartments and the complex is '5 star'! The apartments are huge, with superb large South facing balconies for alfresco dining and fantastic facilities. We feel that our apartments are amongst the best placed in the complex, with lovely South facing pools, gardens and distant sea views.

What makes this apartment unique

Parque da Corcovada is perfectly positioned - within easy walking distance of the 'strip' and many super cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Within 1 km walking distance there are several outstanding beaches. Albufeira is central to the Algarve and close by there are many places of interest, including Albufeira Old Town, Albufeira Marina, Algarve Shopping and several family theme parks. Within 10km driving distance there are 8 fantastic golf courses - several of them world class. Combine these factors with the wonderful private pools and facilities at Parque da Corcovada and you have a perfect place to stay - all just 30 minutes drive from Faro airport.

Notes on accommodation: Towels and linen included (to remain within apartment). Please supply your own beach/pool towels. Cleaning and linen/towel change included for stays of over two weeks. Mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change can be arranged with our property management team for an additional fee. Superb private shared adult and children's pools with shower facilities are available for the apartment's guests - set within beautiful manicured gardens. Although a car is not necessary, there is plentiful car parking provision adjacent to apartment Blocks 38 and 37. Fully air-conditioned with heating for winter guests. Cots and high chairs are available to hire at a weekly cost of 18 euros and 10 euros each respectively -please request prior to arrival. Outside: The apartments have 2 large south facing balconies, with luxurious patio furniture, ideal for alfresco dining, and both overlook landscaped, manicured private gardens and large private adult and children's swimming pools (unheated) shared only by resident guests. Pools are equipped with sunloungers, parasols and shower cubicles. The complex Corcovada Club also has great value lunch and snack dining area, bar, internet access, childrens play area, games area (including table football, pool table), swimming pool and mini golf. The complex concierge reception offers holiday advice and event/daytrip excursion booking. The complex is within 5 minutes walk of many shops, bars and restaurants, including several excellent value supermarkets. Other local shops/services include: DVD rental, hairdresser/beautician, pizzerias, car rental.

We have stayed in block 38 2b for the last 3 years, it is a lovely modern apartment with all the facilities we needed. Great location, just 10 minutes from the strip and within walking distance to the old town. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Just got back and re booked within days. Loved it. The apartment was gorgeous with everything you need. There was more than enough room for me, my husband and our two children, boy aged 14 and girl 10. Walking distance to restaurants, the strip (where you can catch land train to the old town) supermarkets. Also most day trips (zoo marine, slide and splash etc) pick up from outside this set of appts. A group of 15 of us went this year and due to our photos on social media our holiday family has now I increased by another 6 already for next year :-)

Fantastic apartment

Just back after staying at apartment 2b block 38. It is a fantastic apartment. We are a family of four and found the apartment had plenty of space for all of us with 2 double sofa beds in the Livingroom as well as 2 single beds in the bedroom. The kitchen facilities were great with a washing machine and dishwasher. Excellent location with balcony overlooking the pool area. The pools are great in size with plenty of sun beds and Parque de corcovada in general is a lovely place to stay. Will definitely be back.

I found the apartment was extremely modern and clean with all household appliances for your every need. I was very impressed with the apartment and pool facilities. The apartment is at most a 10 minute walk from the very popular and busy "Strip" . Wether your going there for a bite to eat or a night out, it is within reasonable walking distance. It is also just a short taxi journey to the old town. There you will find beautiful restaurants if you are going out for dinner aswell as spectacular views. I would highly reccommend these apartments to anyone and i myself woukd book here again if i get the chance to return.

The central location of Parque da Corcovada at Albufeira provides excellent access to the wider Algarve hinterland for those interested in history, culture, mountain and coastal landscapes, bird watching, sealife and wildlife, walking and trekking.

It is also possible to arrange day trips and excursions further afield to Seville, Lisbon and Gibralter.

For keen water sports enthusiasts Albufeira Marina offeres a wide variety of activities.


Superb Beaches at Oura (12-15 minutes walk), Pescadores and St Eulalia (both within 20 minutes walk) are within 1 km. Local buses and the Albufeira 'land train' are also available. Taxis are inexpensive and regularly available and there are many more fine beaches within a 15-20 minute drive. Find your own secluded Algarve cove!


Faro airport is within 40km - typically 30 minutes by car. Car hire or airport transfers can easily be arranged at reasonable rates. Whilst car hire is not a necessity, as there is a good public transport network including buses and trains and taxis are inexpensive, the Algarve is driver friendly. There is certainly plenty of interest to explore in the Algarve's scenic rural hinterland.


Within 5 minutes walk of 'The Strip', many bars, excellent restaurants to suit all tastes, cafes and shops. Local facilities include hairdresser, beauty salon, car hire, convenience store, bakery, cafe, bar, mini golf and film rental. Excellent golden sandy beaches are within 1 km. Atmospheric and quaint Old Town Albufiera is 3 km. Algarve Shopping, the largest shopping centre in the Algarve, is a 10 minute drive.

Theme parks such as ZooMarine and Slide & Splash are within 20 minutes drive.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day. Accommodation reserved from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.30 am on departure day to allow time for room service for the next arrivals. Where possible we will accommodate your arrival/departure times.
