When Parque da Corcovada was completed we were amazed by the size and quality of our apartments, which surpassed our requirements for a five star place to stay. We have two one bedroom apartments at Parque da Corcovada. We bought one off-plan which completed in January 2008 and then liked it so much that we bought another completed apartment in a nearby block in March 2009. Parque da Corcovada is arguably the best new high spec holiday complex in Albufeira and benefits from superb finishing and amenities - everything about the apartments and the complex is '5 star'! The apartments are huge, with superb large South facing balconies for alfresco dining and fantastic facilities. We feel that our apartments are amongst the best placed in the complex, with lovely South facing pools, gardens and distant sea views.
Parque da Corcovada is perfectly positioned - within easy walking distance of the 'strip' and many super cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Within 1 km walking distance there are several outstanding beaches. Albufeira is central to the Algarve and close by there are many places of interest, including Albufeira Old Town, Albufeira Marina, Algarve Shopping and several family theme parks. Within 10km driving distance there are 8 fantastic golf courses - several of them world class. Combine these factors with the wonderful private pools and facilities at Parque da Corcovada and you have a perfect place to stay - all just 30 minutes drive from Faro airport.

Enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours and availability can be checked and confirmed immediately with the owners. Reservations are exclusively for the people named on the booking. Booking deposit of 30%, non refundable, is required to secure the apartment. The balance is due within 9 weeks of arrival. Refundable breakage deposit of £200 is required - repayable within 2 weeks of departure. All payments by cheque or bank transfer please. Please note: no pets, no smoking inside.
Flexible changeover day. Accommodation reserved from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.30 am on departure day to allow time for room service for the next arrivals. Where possible we will accommodate your arrival/departure times.

Rentals of two weeks or more available at discounted rates. Prices per week, in UK Pounds, including utilities & meet & greet. Minimum rental 3 nights (£230). An additional fee of £25 per person per week applies to third person and over, to apartment bookings for 3 or more people. Arrivals/departures between 9pm and 8am may incur extra charge. We have stayed in block 38 2b for the last 3 years, it is a lovely modern apartment with all the facilities we needed. Great location, just 10 minutes from the strip and within walking distance to the old town. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
Just got back and re booked within days. Loved it. The apartment was gorgeous with everything you need. There was more than enough room for me, my husband and our two children, boy aged 14 and girl 10. Walking distance to restaurants, the strip (where you can catch land train to the old town) supermarkets. Also most day trips (zoo marine, slide and splash etc) pick up from outside this set of appts. A group of 15 of us went this year and due to our photos on social media our holiday family has now I increased by another 6 already for next year :-)
Just back after staying at apartment 2b block 38. It is a fantastic apartment. We are a family of four and found the apartment had plenty of space for all of us with 2 double sofa beds in the Livingroom as well as 2 single beds in the bedroom. The kitchen facilities were great with a washing machine and dishwasher. Excellent location with balcony overlooking the pool area. The pools are great in size with plenty of sun beds and Parque de corcovada in general is a lovely place to stay. Will definitely be back.
I found the apartment was extremely modern and clean with all household appliances for your every need. I was very impressed with the apartment and pool facilities. The apartment is at most a 10 minute walk from the very popular and busy "Strip" . Wether your going there for a bite to eat or a night out, it is within reasonable walking distance. It is also just a short taxi journey to the old town. There you will find beautiful restaurants if you are going out for dinner aswell as spectacular views. I would highly reccommend these apartments to anyone and i myself woukd book here again if i get the chance to return.
