The village is ideally central, close to the South Devon coastal path and provides wonderful walks along Devon's rugged coastline. There are many activities in the area such as sailing at Salcombe and Dartmouth and the Salcombe / Kingsbridge estuary to explore and all to be enjoyed from the extreme comfort of this most attractive reverse level home. The Church House has just been converted to a very high standard from an old barn. The house has 5 bedrooms, sleep 11.

Why Marian Brooks chose South Hams

We had a holiday home in this lovely area. When Church House came up for sale as a semi derelict building we decided it would be a fun and attractive project. Hence Church House was once the alms house for the village it is now a beautiful sunny all new property in a an area of outstanding natural beauty and protected coastline.

What makes this house unique

Church House is ideal for guests who enjoy get togethers with family and friends yet gives one privacy. The garden is a sun trap and very safe and secure for families with small children. The Milbrook Inn over the road offers good food and is a popular with young and not so young.
