This 2 bedroom duplex apartment, located in a very relaxing, quaint development, is beautifully decorated. It is fully furnished including washing machine, dish washer, Satellite TV (british channels) and DVD player. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Bathroom with shower and seperate w.c. on main floor. Private roof terrace includes loungers, patio table and umbrella with chairs, fridge, water access and barbecue. It is in a gorgeous setting that supplies breathtaking views of the sea and over one of the many golf courses. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are on the door step also 3 wonderful pools. 5 minutes drive to the beach and the fabulous Marina. Easy parking and transfer service available (reasonable extra charge).

Welcoming holiday apartment

Found this apartment to be cosy and and well located. Easy walk to the all the delights of Vilamoura yet lovely facilities on the doorstep. Parking was easily and the terrace a delight for a sundowner. Bright and cheery decor. Old village is very pretty and this is an ideal apartment with all you could need. Hope to be back next year!

Great Apartment

Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment with beautiful landscaped surroundings. Variety of restaurants & bars within walking distance. Well stocked supermarket nearby. Great view of Four Seasons golf course from roof terrace. Would definitely recommend.

Within the Old Village resort - EXCELLENT

Very clean, modern Duplex apartment within the old village. HUGE Tv for sports with various channels. Roof top terrace over looks the four seasons golf course and manicured gardens of the old village resort.

Beautiful swimming pools in the resort and plenty bars and restaurants yet a very quiet location. This was a golf holiday with friends but I will return with the family as there is plenty to do within the complex to keep the kids occupied.

incorrect pictures

First impressions NOT GOOD, very dated/tired in parts and grubby/cluttered. Roof terrace dirty with old furniture not as in the picture; managed to get new cushions for loungers as they were ripped, dead bushes in planters. Would not recommend as contacted owner whilst there with photos only to be told its our fault as we did not contact her on day one, Such a shame as we have been going to the old village in various apartments for 16 years on and off as it is beautiful, never had a problems before. Family of 4

Owner uses this duplex apartment as often as she can, so she keeps a careful watch on the decoration/furniture condition etc.This apartment is bright, airy and modern with extremely well equipped facilities. One minute from a well stocked supermarket.

Activity and Interests


5 minutes drive to beach or 15 minute walk or 10 minute cycle.


The nearest airport is Faro, 30 minute drive from the apartment. Hire car recommended although not essential. Taxi can be pre booked to meet you at the airport


1 mile to Vilamoura Marina. 2 miles to Quarteira ( market every Wednesday).

Further Details:

The local well stocked supermarket is 1 minute from the apartment and is open from 8am to 8pm there are several restaurants and bar at the development.
