This large top-floor contemporary one-bedroom apartment is located in a popular boutique gated development approximately 150m from the waterfront in Muo and within easy walking distance of Kotor Old Town. It is light and airy and benefits from stunning panoramic views over Kotor Old Town and the Bay of Kotor from its two balconies. The apartment is air-conditioned (cooling and heating), there is a designated parking spot, landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool and sun-bathing area. There is a sofa-bed in the living room so the apartment can easily accommodate 2-4 adults.

Activity and Interests
The shoreline of the fjord is 2 mins walk away and there are a number of beaches within 15-20 mins drive of the apartment.
The nearest airport is Tivat (15 min drive) and Montenegro Airlines runs direct flights from London over the summer. Dubrovnik airport has more flight options and takes between 60 and 90 mins to drive from depending on season. Both BA and EasyJet operate flights from London Gatwick to Dubrovnik and Easyjet also operates flights from other European cities such as Geneva. Aer Lingus flies from Dublin. Ferries cross from Bari in Italy to Bar in Southern Montenegro. Car hire is recommended.
The medieval town of Kotor is 5 mins by car or a comfortable 15 min walk. It is a listed UNESCO World Heritage Site and there are many shops, bars and restaurants.
