The apartment's large south facing, private gated terrace is perfect for sun bathing and relaxing overlooking the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Vilamoura, with its many golf courses and marina is only a few minutes drive away. Beaches are also within a few minutes drive and the spectacular Aquashow water park is within a five minute drive.

Cot and high chair can be provided at local cost. No smoking apartment. Outside: The apartment has a very large and private south facing terrace over looking the beautiful gardens. Patio corner sofa suite, table, six chairs, very large parasol and sun loungers are all provided. The shared pool also has a children's pool alongside it. Utility Room: Washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board. Gas boiler for the hot water. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and bedlinen included and changed weekly. Apartment cleaned before and after occupancy, further cleaning available on request at local cost. English speaking contact available. Other: Very large south facing terrace with table and six chairs, large corner suite, parasol and sun loungers. The terrace is very private overlooking the pool and gardens. There is car parking outside the apartment together with two underground spaces.

Amazing outdoor space and spacious well equipped a

My family party of four including my 87 yr old father and 19 yr old daughter have just returned from a lovely stay at this apartment. Deceptively large with three large double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large lounge/diner (fab wifi for my teenager) and large well equipped kitchen with utility room, there was everything and more for a comfortable stay. Unlike many rentals, the kitchen had good quality crockery, cutlery, pots/pans rec, bbq - everything was thought of. The only thing we could suggest to add is more plastic plates/dishes for use outside. Great to have the washing machine and also a large fridge freezer to limit the supermarket runs! We spent most of our time in the outside area which is a fabulously private area for sunbathing, sitting/relaxing and outdoor eating and only a few steps from the large pool. We were really glad to be away from the busy Villamoura marina area but you do need a car. We visited some lovely peaceful local beaches and are in many of the suggested restaurants for an authentic portugese experience. The complex was only about a third occupied so no problems with using the pool/excessive noise, the joys of travelling outside the UK school holidays. Booking process was simple and hassle free too, thanks Mike. All in all this apartment was a real find and made for a really happy holiday.

Lovely apartment with good facilities

Lovely apartment with spacious outside patio area benefitting from being close to the pool area, the Hotel and the very good Villa Sol Golf Course.

All as described in the listing and definitely gives the feeling of a home from home.

We hired a car to do some exploring but it wasn't a problem to hire a taxi for a night out in the marina when we both fancied a drink.

All in all highly recommended

Superb

We stayed here for an early summer/ golf break, 4adults. Superb facilities wonderful location to the pool area, lovely terrace with ample seating area in the sun and shade. Home from home with everything you should require provided included super wifi and british tv and films. Very well positioned for the hotel and golf club on site we ate a very nice lunch there one day, also Oscars the onsite bar is also great for an evening out. We had a car so went to the marina etc and done some exploring of the area it was all great and in the apartment is a very handy and honest listing of some local restuarants. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for all ages and will be returning again very soon we hope !

Lovely Spacious apartment

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment, great for families and the location of the apartment overlooking the pool was great for the kids, we could relax on the lovely (well furnished) spacious terrace whilst the kids were having fun in the pool. We didn't have a car but this wasn't an issue as it was easy enough to get a taxi to the marina and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance from the apartment which were really nice. We will definitely be booking our hol at this apartment again next year.

This is an exceptional apartment and outside patio space benefitting from being close to the pool area, the Hotel and the golf club bar.

fabulous apartment!

This is a fabulous place to stay, right on the poolside and allowed my two girls to have space to play. We loved the patio and terrace furniture, plenty of space to relax once children in bed. Everything we needed was to hand and the Internet and UK films an added bonus, although weather was so nice we didn't make too much use of it. A car is recommended for supermarkets etc. We love Vila sol and can totally recommend for families.

Coast/Beach:

Just a 10 min drive away is the beach. Water sports are also available at an additional cost. Less than 10 minutes away are the beaches at Vilamoura and Quarteira.

Travel:

Faro International Airport is a 20 minutes away by car and although car hire is not necessary, it is recommended. A taxi from the apartment to Vilamoura is approx 20 euros each way.

Distances:

Quarteira 1.5km, Vilamoura 3km, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago 10-12km, Albuferia 12km, Silves 30km, Lisbon 200km.

Further Details:

At the entrance of the resort and a 10 minute walk from the apartment is the shopping area . The shopping area has a small supermarket, delicatessen, traditional pub (Oscars), three restaurants serving food and other various shops, nearest large supermarket is a 5 minute drive towards Quarteira. Just five minutes away by car is the Aquapark, a great day out for the kids and fun loving parents! Vilamoura Marina with its superb shops and restaurants are a 10 min drive away. Twenty minutes away in Faro is the Forum Algarve with over 200 shops and a family entertainment centre and Algarve Shopping in Albufeira is 15 mins away.
