majestic Villa with unobstructed views very Peaceful & Secluded Location set on The Edge of a Game Reserve

This beautiful villa is located on a small hill giving privacy with elevated views Of the surrounding areas, positioned on the edge of a game reserve and is very rural & not over looked with breath taking views. There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms this is on a timer& dont work between 10am & 5pm to keep running costs down additional hours can be added at a further cost.

there are blackout curtains all are beautifully decorated in light neutral colours. The living space is open plan & has free WIFI. We recently had a new kitchen fitted with granite work tops, Outside there is a beautifully glass mosque tiled 10m x 5m swimming pool with large paved sun terraces surrounding the pool. south facing meaning its in the sun all day long, ideal for sun worshipers, there is a magnificent large front terrace with a shaded veranda perfect for dinning while watch the sun go down, there is a private terrace with veranda at the rear with a BBQ which is very secluded . Inside there is an inviting living room, with leather sofas & oak table etc. the dining room is open plan with the kitchen adjacent. upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sea and country side views all round. Approx 2km from beach, bars and restaurants etc.

I live in the UK with my wife and 2 children, we have a plumbing & building maintenance business & a shop. my family is the important to me and the time I spend with them is precious to me so having the space to be together but not ontop of one another is imperative, we have always loved Cyprus for the relaxed way of life, friendly people and excellent weather. As it was part of the British Commonwealth there are many similarities and for this reason among others I decided to buy a house in Cyprus it took me approx a year to find what I was looking for, since buying the villa we have made a number of changes (for the better i believe ) the location was very important and a key factor when purchasing the property. Why Mick chose Peyia

We love the Coral Bay and the peyia area for its rural open space and beautiful views and tranquility, the relaxed way of life, yet if you want all the different bars, pubs, restaurants, shops and all other amenities there is plenty to choose from in the town only a short distance away, there really is something for everyone here and the airport is only 40 mins away and car hire is reasonably priced and they drive on the left, there is lots to see and do, as the island has a lot of history.not being over looked by neighbors is a big plus in helping to be able to unwind & relax so you can enjoy your stay

What makes this villa unique

The villa is situated on the edge of a game reserve on a small hill giving elevated views of the surrounding area. The villa is in a quiet location with no neighbor's to over look you there are numerous large magnificent outside terraces (very private) and the villa is only about 2km from the beach and local town of coral bay where there are numerous bars & restaurants plus the bank .

buses run regularly into pafos town from here & car hire is very reasonable.

Notes on accommodation: All bedrooms have air-conditioning, blackout curtains & built in wardrobes, there are 2 double beds & 2 single beds, There are 2 high quality travel cots available. In the living room there is a high quality brown leather 2 seat er & 3 seat er with matching oak TV stand, coffee table & book case, the DVD player plays Cd's on a 5 speaker surround sound system and a PlayStation 2 with lots of games can also play DVDs there is also free WIFI. the floor is tiled & we have just had a new kitchen fitted with granite work top & new fridge. In the dinning room there is an oak dinning table & 6 matching brown leather effect chairs beside the patio doors leading to the front veranda with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Outside: The villa is on the edge of a game reserve and is very rural so it has fabulous views,there are plenty of large terraces and a barbecue area, shaded verandas with garden furniture to the front and rear give ample shade when required. The pool is tiled in 3 different shades of blue glass mosaics & looks great. All around the pool is a spacious and private sun bathing terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are flower beds to 2 sides with established shrubs and plants, a marble balustrade with steps to a further veranda and large tiled terrace with non slip tiles. There is another marble balustrade with excellent sea and countryside views and a long concrete drive leading up to the house with established gardens on both sides, there are a number of lights around the terraces and in the pool. To the rear is a discrete raised patio for washing and drying your clothes etc. There is a private 3 bedroom annex below the terraces, accessed by a tiled staircase to the side of the drive. Utility Room: Outside to the rear is a raised patio,this washing area has a washing machine in its own out building and washing line which is in the sun all day, discreetly out the way and private. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is cleaned every week and also the towels and linen are changed every week also the pool is cleaned regularly. Other: Dining area/room has a matching oak dinning table and 6 leather effect chairs with large window and patio doors make it a light and bright area, which lead out to the front veranda. with breath taking views

Villa set just 2 min drive from coral bay strip. There you will find restaurants, bars, bank and a lovely sandy beach. Sea crystal blue and calm. Villa only a 20 min drive from airport. Close to all the tourist attractions. The zoo is a fun day but go in the morning when it's cooler.

This villa is ideal for kids. Having two pools is just being spoiled. They are extremely clean and there is loads of space around pools. Love having barbecues by the infinity pool. Sun on pools all day. Perfect sunset can be seen daily. Samos the caretaker makes himself known to you pretty much as soon as you arrive. He is so helpful and quick to address any problem. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area.

A credit to mick the owner knowing he has someone reliable to oversee the villa.

Plenty of space indoors with massive fitted wardrobes in bedrooms. Great having two bathrooms. Broadband works super fast and we were chuffed as we brought along from home our mxq pro kodi box. So we're able to watch all.the TV from home. We have booked for a month and only been here a week and fallen in love with the villa and the location. Won't be looking elsewhere this is a gem we have found

A fantastic villa for peace and quiet. A very spacious villa, large patio area child friendly. Lovely clean pool, well equipped villa. Would highly recommend and will be booking again

Coral Bay can be seen from the two front terraces of the villa The coast line and beach is approx 2km away. The beach is a lovely long sandy beach & the sea is very shallow great for kids with bars and restaurants, water sports, sun beds, volley ball nets & lots of free parking and is easy to find. There is also a pebble beach on the way to kisoniga which is less commercialised & is quieter but the sea is quite fierce & not suitable weak swimmers.


Paphos airport is approx 40 mins. Paphos harbour is about 10 mins with fantastic bars, rest aunts & shops (great at night). There are bus stops at the end of the road and in Coral Bay. There are 2 main taxi ranks and many car hire companies, car hire is highly recommended as its inexpensive and gives freedom to sight see.there are lots of shops & supermarkets, bars & restaurants. there is crazy golf & the beach is at the bottom of the road


Coral Bay with all amenities, bars, restaurants, clubs etc approx 2km. Paphos town and its amenities, shops, bars, etc is approx 8km or 10 mins away. Adonis Water Falls about 4km where you can swim and sun bath. Akorsos dam about 5km and has fantastic views, the bird and animal park is about 6km. There is so much to see and do its never boring.

Further Details:

There is 3 banks in Coral Bay they open at 8am and close at 1pm. There are supermarkets and shops also in Coral Bay as well as small kiosks and many restaurants & bars. Coral Bay beach is a fantastic place to go it is very shallow & there is plenty to do, this is not far from the villa. Pafos town has more to offer and more choice with traditional tavernas & ice cream parlors etc, from car hire to take aways, tattoo studio's to boat trips, there is so much to do & see. if you don't want all this you can just spend your time at the villa.
