We had a fantastic holiday..it was our first family holiday since 2008 and we loved every minute. Your apartment is first class and catered well for the ages of my family. There wasn't anything we found unsatisfactory. I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and privacy of your apartment compared to the larger holiday aprtments nearer the beach. A small shop closer to the apartment for fresh bread in morn would be great..but beyond your control unfortunately..

We hope to return and would be interested in contacting u again

Lovely family apartment in a quiet location

We stayed in this apartment from the 16th to 31st August and had a fabulous time. The apartment is very well equipped and is light and spacious. We stayed as a family of 6 and found everything we could possibly need (including three separate bathrooms). We didn't use the cooking facilities as such, as there are many nice restaurants within a short walking distance, however, anyone wishing to self cater would find everything they need. We loved the outside eating area which we used nearly every day for a spot of lunch and it was lovely to sit and relax on the terrace with a morning coffee or early evening glass of wine. The pool area is fantastic. The shallow end of the pool was ideal for our 3 year old granddaughter and most days we had the whole area to ourselves. The apartment is a short walk away from the beach and promenade but be prepared (as others have said) for the walk back up hill. The apartment block is very secure and well maintained. Thanks to Claire for greeting us and supplying us with some essential food supplies and for letting us into the apartment to leave our cases (we arrived before lunch). The apartment is a little bit away from the centre so just be prepared for this. It takes about 40 minutes (gentle stroll) to get to the marina with two children, although this is a very pleasant walk in the evenings.

Lovely well equipped apartment

We stayed between the 31st August and 7th September and was really impressed with the apartment, ground, and views. There is everything present in the apartment that you would require during your stay and it was spotlessly clean. The pool, small play park and furniture were wonderfully maintained and we always managed to get a spot and truely relax. As others have stated it is a little hilly especially on the way back to the apartment from the beach and shops, however, there are generally plenty of taxi's around if you don't fancy the walk. It was our first experience of an apartment after 20 years of hotels and would definitley do it again and would happily stay at this apartment again. Thank you Beverly and Claire for such an enjoyable experience. We used gotravel to and from the airport as advised by Beverly and would highly recommend this to others.

Excellent Apartment

Stayed here for 10 nights and we all enjoyed our holiday in this very modern clean apartment. It is located in a very good residential area and as a excellent pool and play area, which on most days we had all to ourselves. The apartment as everything you need if you do not fancy eating out, but we ate out every night as there are some very nice restaurant's on the sea front and if you don't fancy the walk back up the hill to the apartment taxis are very reasonable.

Thanks to Claire for meeting us as we arrived and showing us around the apartment and for delivery our shopping list.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment in quiet area

The apartment was well equipped and suited us as a family of 6 which includes two small children. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would've liked a change of linen at some point during our stay but we got by.

The apartment complex was decent. My 4 year old son loved the pool despite it being a tad chilly. It did warm up towards the end of our stay though and it was good that the apartment was one of the closer ones to the pool area. We found we were often the only ones around the pool most days which was nice.

One thing to note is that the apartment is located at the top of a hill so we ended up getting a taxi back each day (about €6) as it was too far for my son to walk or to push a buggy. For that reason we couldn't give 5 stars and probably wouldn't recommend the apartment to similar families.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay and felt that the apartment was ideal, except the location.

Excellent value for money, great location, superb quality and comfortable furnishings. Great terrace and garden and we made use of the BBQ. Well equipped throughout. Peaceful location. Would highly recommend to others. Excellent communication from Beverly and Roz.

beautiful apt in benalmadena costa

we are just back on the 15th february from this property....we cannot praise all concerned as to how we were met and greeted namely roz...we got lost coming from the airport and roz was more than happy to come and meet us in tivoli world car park.....on arrival at the apartment we were shown around by roz ,and explained to in great detail as off the amenities..the apartment is beautiful.with a very comfy sofa ,dining table television etc..all very good quality..bedrooms the same..as for the kitchen..[ i am a bit of a cook ]..equiped to the highest standard..the back porch and garden beautiful i spent every morning out there.....the apartment was spotlessly clean..and in a very very good neighbourhood..we cannot recommend this apartment highly enough to anyone thinking of booking an apartment in benalmadena..the prompt and courteous replies from beverly very professional... we are donald and colin..20/02/2016...

Benalmadena is split into three distinct areas. The original heart of Benalmadena remains as a typical Andaluz village in the foothills of the mountains which sweep down to the shore, Benalmadena Pueblo is only a 15 minute drive from the apartment and is well worth a visit, it is a delight to wander through the narrow whitewashed cobbled streets and there are spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast from most of the street. It is a favourite place for many Spaniards and foreigners to shop for souvenirs or dine out. Arroyo de la Miel is a busy commercial town centre separating the village from the seafront. There are plenty of shops, banks etc. here and lots of restaurants and bars, also there is an excellent train service running between Malaga and Fuengirola. Benalmadena Costa is the coastal area, the promenade is one of the smartest on the Costa del Sol with many hotels, beaches and the award winning Marina with excellent port facilities, fantastic nightlife and a fabulous Aquarium. The variety of types of restaurants is enormous. There are many English, Scottish and Irish pubs, most of which have live big screen sporting events. You have the choice of all nationality restaurants inclusing Chinese, Italian, Dutch, Lebanese etc. There are also plenty of opportunities to try out the local dishes and the best place to go is along the beach or to the Marina and visit a Chiringuito (beach bar) where fresh fish dishes are served up with a a wonderful chilled wine or refreshing glass of sangria. There are also plenty of things to see and do with the family in Benalmadena including the theme park Tivoli World and Selwo Marina and Sea Life or take a ride in the cable car to see breathtaking views of the coast. You also have the Aqua park in Torremolinos and Fuengirola zoo. Only 5 min drive are the beautiful gardens of Paloma Park which covers over 200,00 sq metres with a central lake, lots of different types of birds and a couple of little bars to relax.
