Casa Elliot is a secluded South facing villa in a 1500sq.m plot. Features include large private pool and sundeck, landscaped gardens with outside eating area with BBQ. Comes equipped with cable TV (all UK stations, including 3 Sky Sports Channels, movies) and a DVD player. There are 2 ceiling fans in the living areas and portable fans in each bedroom. Gardens are beautifully laid out with lawns, mature trees and shrubs providing privacy. The large swimming pool has roman steps and a spacious sundeck on two sides and is reached by stone steps down from a covered terrace area suitable for outdoor eating. The entire garden is fenced with gates. Has covered parking for one car. The villa is ideal for a family holiday or two couples being within a few minutes drive of the beach, old town and port of Javea. Mini market is nearby. The villa is situated about 15 minutes off the AP7/E15 motorway, which connects directly to Alicante and Valencia airports both being one and a quarter hour's drive

We have stayed in Javea on several occasions but this is the best villa we have rented. It is peaceful,clean, tidy and well equipped, which not all the others have been. Hopefully we will be back next year. Martin, Pamela and Sophie.



We have been visiting the Javea area for over twenty years but have found your villa the best! Our only regret is that we don't own Casa Elliot but hopefully we can visit again soon. Graham, Gwyneth, Carin and Mari.



Our first visit to Javea and Casa Elliot which we both found fantastic. From the moment we entered this delightful villa we felt very comfortable and at home. We loved the garden and in fact it has everything that we look for in a holiday home. We have already booked our next visit to this lovely villa. Our only complaint is that we don't own it as it belongs to Ian and Jan. Rick and Joan.

Everything about the villa is great, location, facilities, very reasonable child-friendly restaurants nearby. Great beaches not far away but with the wonderful pool who needs them. If you're looking for a bit of nightlife then Javea's only 5kms away- overall perfect!

Great Villa in Stunning Location

We spent two fantastic weeks in this lovely villa and had a thoroughly great time. The villa is situated in a very picturesque location with views of the mountains as a backdrop whilst relaxing around the pool. The pool is a great size and the gardens are well kept however as a family of five in a villa that sleeps six more than four sun beds are needed. Would advise a car is essential for travelling to Javea beach and town. The villa is all on one level which is great for families and is in a very quiet location.

Wonderful Relaxing Time

This is our 3rd visit to Casa Elliot which is a lovely villa set in it's own very generous gardens full of exotic plants. It has a big pool which is perfect for cooling off in after relaxing on the sun beds. Many a good lunchtime spent on the terrace in the shade sharing a few glasses of wine and good food.

The area is mainly residential so it is very quiet and peaceful with the amazing mountain range in the background which can also be seen from many restaurants and the beach area.

Location is just right - only a few miles drive to the beach and a few minutes drive from a large variety of extremely good quality restaurants. The beach is sandy in one area and then a more rugged part where there are again some good restaurants and bars.

Plenty of supermarkets in the town but a small one just a minutes drive away which is well stocked.

Perfect for families with young or older children.

Perfect holiday destination for all the family

Fabulous villa - our 5th visit but 1st with a baby and still perfect. Suits all ages with choice of bars and restaurants in both Javea and Moraira good beaches and of course a superb pool to lounge around at the villa itself!

Great family holiday

A beautiful villa in an enviable position under 'magical Montgo'.

Very well equipped and in an excellent peaceful location but near enough to enjoy the buzz of Javea. A number of very good and very reasonable restaurants are close by as is the lovely village of Jesus Pobre where the Sunday market is really enjoyable, particularly for those interested in locally produced food and drink.

But above all the real star for our family was the generous sized pool and the garden of the villa with the picturesque backdrop of Montgo mountain.....brilliant!

great holiday home

We've spent over 3 weeks in this very comfortable house. Great kitchen with large fridge, extra beer fridge in the naya. Well maintained garden and a terrace overlooking the pool. Nice quiet area on the neck of the sleeping elephant also known as Montgó. You really need a car, but in our case that was no problem. Few stairs which is nice if you have young children.

Although there were not many people passing, but the house can still be improved on the part of privacy. Especially near the pool.

Overall we've had a great holiday and really felt at home.

Location

We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it! It is in a fantastic location and what a view of the mountain from the villa! It is very peaceful & tranquil but is only just over an hour's drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports. We bought it as a family holiday home not just as an investment. It's great being out of the main tourist areas especially as it's only a 10 minute drive when you want the beach,beach bars,cocktail bars & the fabulous restaurants along the waterfront at the Port. The variety of the 3 distinct areas(the Old Town,the Port & the Arenal - beach) each with their own individual attractions is certainly a plus!

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The villa is about 15 minutes drive from the sandy Arenal beach and the Meditterean coast. It is a 10 minute drive to both the lovely old town of Javea and the Port with its great restaurants right on the waterfront - a very good location for a romantic dinner!

Travel:

The villa is equidistant from both Alicante and Valencia airports being approximately 1 hour 15 minutes drive from either using the fast E15/AP7 motorway.

Distances:

The villa is situated about 15 minutes off the E15/AP7 motorway.

Further Details:

A Minimarket, where you can buy most essentials,is just under 10 minutes walk from the villa.

There is a restaurant that is 5 minutes walk away that offers a 14 Euro Menu del Dia/Noce

There is a tennis court at Estrella Lodge that is bookable at 5 Euros per hour that is also 5 minutes walk away.

The nearest bank is in Jesus Pobre about a 5 minute drive away.
