Villa in Javea, Costa Blanca North, Spain - South Facing, Secluded Landscaped Enclosed Gardens with BBQ

Casa Elliot is a secluded South facing villa in a 1500sq.m plot. Features include large private pool and sundeck, landscaped gardens with outside eating area with BBQ. Comes equipped with cable TV (all UK stations, including 3 Sky Sports Channels, movies) and a DVD player. There are 2 ceiling fans in the living areas and portable fans in each bedroom. Gardens are beautifully laid out with lawns, mature trees and shrubs providing privacy. The large swimming pool has roman steps and a spacious sundeck on two sides and is reached by stone steps down from a covered terrace area suitable for outdoor eating. The entire garden is fenced with gates. Has covered parking for one car. The villa is ideal for a family holiday or two couples being within a few minutes drive of the beach, old town and port of Javea. Mini market is nearby. The villa is situated about 15 minutes off the AP7/E15 motorway, which connects directly to Alicante and Valencia airports both being one and a quarter hour's drive

About Ian Elliot

Myself & Jan have until recently lived most of our lives in London. Just under 6 years ago we moved to the North Kent coast at Whitstable so that we could be near to our gorgeous granddaughter,Edie Rose. Since then we now have a 2nd granddaughter,Eliza May!

Why Ian Elliot chose Jávea

We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it! It is in a fantastic location and what a view of the mountain from the villa! It is very peaceful & tranquil but is only just over an hour's drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports.

We bought it as a family holiday home not just as an investment.

It's great being out of the main tourist areas especially as it's only a 10 minute drive when you want the beach,beach bars,cocktail bars & the fabulous restaurants along the waterfront at the Port. The variety of the 3 distinct areas(the Old Town,the Port & the Arenal - beach) each with their own individual attractions is certainly a plus!

What makes this villa unique

Privacy & a lovely secluded South facing pool.The plot is good for children as it's surrounded by walls/fences & the villa is all on one level.

We have stayed in Javea on several occasions but this is the best villa we have rented. It is peaceful,clean, tidy and well equipped, which not all the others have been. Hopefully we will be back next year. Martin, Pamela and Sophie.

We have been visiting the Javea area for over twenty years but have found your villa the best! Our only regret is that we don't own Casa Elliot but hopefully we can visit again soon. Graham, Gwyneth, Carin and Mari.

Our first visit to Javea and Casa Elliot which we both found fantastic. From the moment we entered this delightful villa we felt very comfortable and at home. We loved the garden and in fact it has everything that we look for in a holiday home. We have already booked our next visit to this lovely villa. Our only complaint is that we don't own it as it belongs to Ian and Jan. Rick and Joan.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location with stunning scenery as a back drop and a gorgeous pool Casa Elliot is for you. Javea is very pretty with excellent bars, restaurants and beach.

The villa is very well equipped and comfortable, all three bedrooms are a good size, we were a group of six friends, there was plenty of space both inside and out to cater for all our individual needs, the kitchen area is particularly spacious and well equipped. The outside space is perfect to eat al fresco and has the sun all day.

I would recommend having your own transport or using taxi's to visit the port or beaches as there are no footpaths along the main road, Ian was very helpful giving us advice re taxi's and hire car companies, this advice was invaluable and made the holiday seamless.

I would definitely stay at Casa Elliot again.

Good property but in need of some TLC

No directions given to property! Front door badly in need of replacement. En-suite shower blocked and no tea towels or Pool towels? Reported to local manager. Gardens and pool lovely, and modern kitchen. A few improvements would rate as very good.

Owner's Response: Normally directions to the villa are given to all guests but,unfortunately,in this case they were not which was an oversight on my behalf. The front door will be replaced before next season. The en-suite shower does occasionally get blocked with hair so I will look into this. My listing quite clearly states that pool towels are not provided but,of course,there should have been tea towels. All of these issues will be addressed before next year but many apologies in the meantime.

The most fantastic holiday.

We had such a fantastic holiday. The villa is gorgeous and had everything we needed. The garden is beautiful and the kids loved the pool, it was hard to get them out! When we did the beaches are lovely we especially liked the port beach. We had lovely meals in the old town I would recommend robotica for tapas. 5 stars for a beautiful villa where we felt really relaxed and had a wonderful holiday.

Fantastic property in a superb location

Had a holiday there with my family & our 2 granddaughters absolutely loved the pool.They were in it around 8 hours per day! Very secure,safe & private.Good beaches only a 10 minute drive away.Good options with the Port,Old Town & the Arenal sandy beach all a short drive away.

Everything about the villa is great, location, facilities, very reasonable child-friendly restaurants nearby. Great beaches not far away but with the wonderful pool who needs them. If you're looking for a bit of nightlife then Javea's only 5kms away- overall perfect!

Great Villa in Stunning Location

We spent two fantastic weeks in this lovely villa and had a thoroughly great time. The villa is situated in a very picturesque location with views of the mountains as a backdrop whilst relaxing around the pool. The pool is a great size and the gardens are well kept however as a family of five in a villa that sleeps six more than four sun beds are needed. Would advise a car is essential for travelling to Javea beach and town. The villa is all on one level which is great for families and is in a very quiet location.

The villa is about 15 minutes drive from the sandy Arenal beach and the Meditterean coast. It is a 10 minute drive to both the lovely old town of Javea and the Port with its great restaurants right on the waterfront - a very good location for a romantic dinner!


The villa is equidistant from both Alicante and Valencia airports being approximately 1 hour 15 minutes drive from either using the fast E15/AP7 motorway.


The villa is situated about 15 minutes off the E15/AP7 motorway.

Further Details:

A Minimarket, where you can buy most essentials,is just under 10 minutes walk from the villa.

There is a restaurant that is 5 minutes walk away that offers a 14 Euro Menu del Dia/Noce

There is a tennis court at Estrella Lodge that is bookable at 5 Euros per hour that is also 5 minutes walk away.

The nearest bank is in Jesus Pobre about a 5 minute drive away.
