Sleeping 6 in three independent bedrooms all with beautiful ensuite showers; the main bedroom which is complimented by a an ensuite bathroom; it is accessible by a spiral staircase which leads onto a terrace with amazing sea and country views.

Located seconds away from the main piazza of Qala in a secluded alley. In the main square you can find all amenities including a mini market, bakery, pharmacy, butcher and some of the best restaurants and wine bars on the island, it makes convenient to entertain oneself without the use of any transport.

It is also idle for walks to see amazing views such as the belveder and it is a five minutes drive from the popular bay of Hondoq ir-Rummien (overlooking the channel) and Mgarr Harbour, which is the main harbour in Gozo.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning and change of linen will be provided weekly for stays longer than a week. The pool is checked regularly. One set of towels are provided however no beach towels are available.

We have just spent a fabulous week in this property, which was quiet and away from it all just perfect for relaxation away from work. The property is well equipped with all the basics and more that you need. Travel from the airport was simple enough and there is a local taxi firm who will collect and return you to the airport (eagle garage) with there own web site.

Not far from the centre of the village where you can find supermarkets, a butcher chemist and excellent bars and restaurants covering everyones budget. The beach is walkable for the fit as its a big hill to climb back u,p however dont let that deter you its well worth it and the farmhouse pool is adequate for most of the time. The village has a good bus service and you can get all over the island easily. The owner is very friendly and helpful and I would recommend it to anyone.

Booking Notes:
Booking is on line, you may contact me on my mobile or e-mail me if you have any queries. A booking is confirmed by paying 50% deposit and the remaining balance within 3 weeks before arrival (were possible). If the booking is on a short notice, the full price has to be paid when booking.

Changeover Day:
The preferred change over day is Saturday, however we will try and please the customer if possible.

50% deposit required if making a booking.
Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. €200 Security deposits to be paid on arrival. Spend a day on a 37' Oyster sailing to the island of Comino for €150 (T&C's apply). An Audi Cabrio can be available for just €300.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
