This luxury 2-bedroomed garden apartment is in the Cala Egos region of beautiful Cala D'Or, one of the most picturesque resorts on the south east coast of Mallorca. It is located within a private residential complex in a quiet area of the resort, but still within easy walking distance of all the amenities, e.g. bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, chemist, etc. The marina of Cala D'Or is only a 10 minute walk with its many bars, restaurants and shops. There are 7 beaches within Cala D'Or with the nearest only a short 200 metre walk away. The apartment also makes a great base for golfers, with 17 courses on the island, the nearest of which is a championship course Vall D'Or, only 10 minutes by car or taxi.

Coast/Beach:

There are 2 beautiful beaches within 5 mins walk, both sandy, sheltered coves with beach bars. Within 10 mins drive are 5 more sandy beaches. The national park area of Cala Mondrago beach is 10 mins by tourist train, bus or car. All beaches are suitable for children and safe for swimming.

Travel:

Palma airport is about 40 minutes away. Car hire is available at the airport and locally for exploring the island. Taxi transfer from the airport is approx 65 euros. Shuttle bus service also available from the airport.

Distances:

The apartment is within 200 yards of all the amenities of Cals Egos where you will find excellent bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The nearby town of Cala D'or is a 5 minute drive and can be reached by the local tourist train. Cala D'or Marina is a 15 minute stroll.

Further Details:

Cala Egos itself offers a variety of nightlife, as well as providing the essential supermarkets, chemist, shops and banks. It is ideally located to give easy access to the vibrant resort of Cala D'or that has a fantastic range of cafes, restaurants, family bars, music bars and a few nightclubs.

The famous marina of Cala D'or is a great place to eat by the waterside overlooking the yachts. Porto Petro is a nearby fishing port where you can pick up a glass-bottom boat trip. Or you can visit a local market, take a day trip to Palma, see the Caves of Drach, or check out a few of the great beaches around the island. There are also 2 large water parks within easy reach for a fun day out for all the family.

Perfect, very well catered for

Party size of 4 adults. Bela Luna apartments have everything you need, the living area is light and airy, the kitchen and the utility room felt like home from home as it was well catered for, the garden and terrace is a great sun trap. The air conditioning was a godsend for June. There is a box in the garden which had lots of play things, water pistols, inflatables etc, also the cupboard in the lounge had a variety of board games and a couple of bikes, more then you would expect to get for a holiday let. The pool is only a few minutes walk but far enough away so you don't hear any noise.The apartments are close to a variety of shops and restaurants and a taxi rank is a couple of minutes walk away if you want to visit other areas. I think Pam has put a lot of thought into making your stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely holiday apartment

We stayed at Bella Luna recently and had a fantastic time, the apartment is lovely and spacious for a family of 4, we have young children and felt very safe and secure. The children could play in the garden and the pool is a short walk away, I would recommend to friends and family, there are bars and restaurants 5-10 minutes walk away, with plenty of choice, there are also supermarkets within walking distance, it is a lovely town Cala Egos.

Fantastic home from home holiday

We had a fantastic holiday at Bella Luna, nothing could be faulted. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, is very clean and has everything and more for a family holiday. The ground floor location was great as the terrace and garden are great for relaxing to escape the sun or pass the time away in the lovely summer evenings. The location is great as it is within walking distance of lovely coved beaches and some excellent restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay and we would return without question.

Beautiful Apartment in Lovely Location

Have just returned from 10 nights at Bella Luna. What a lovely, well equipped apartment in a fabulous location. Great pool as well. Easy walking distance to Cala D'Or Marina and Porto Petro. Cala Egos itself is a lovely resort, everything you need but still quiet enough for a peaceful holiday. Had a fabulous time.

Booked at short notice, owners very good to deal with. Apartment very clean, very well equipped, plenty of room for four adults, had toddler with us so garden was ideal. Only very short walking distance for everything in Cala Egos. Cala D'or long walk round marina or short taxi ride. Would most certainly return.

First family holiday abroad

This was our first foreign holiday with our children and we have set ourselves a high benchmark staying at this fantastic apartment. The setting in the Bella Luna apartments is excellent, with beautiful gardens and an amazing pool. It was quiet and family oriented with the pool bar providing excellent local knowledge, food and drinks.

The apartment itself was wonderfully appointed, spacious, smart and clean. Everything you could possibly need was included and the personal touches such as wine on arrival and a cupboard full of games, books, local maps and beach essentials was brilliant.

All in all we could not fault this apartment, complex or setting in any way and we look forward to returning to Bella Luna in the future without any doubt.
