lovely Studio Apartment in Royal Palm, Los Cristianos, Tenerife - Peaceful Complex Short Walk To Beach And Restaurants

Our apartment is fully renovated to a high standard and perfectly located with mountain and pool views. We have a two flat screened TV,s ,all linen and towels are provided. There is a very comfortable king size bed.And very tastefully decorated.The complex is continually improved and well looked after.A new happy hour has just started by the life guard for children consisting of water sport games.

About Paul/Jan Parker

I live in the UK with my wife Jan,we have 3 "children" I say children they are 39,35 and 25 years old.We have 4 grand children.Both Jan and myself work but try and get out to the Island as often as possible. We have had the apartment for 6+ years now and have re-furbished it to a good standard.You will find all you need in the apartment and if we have missed any thing it can be obtained. We want the apartment to be as comfortable as your own home. We fell in love with Royal Palm because of the way it is kept clean, the quietness and tranquility. It is only a short walk to the Restaurants, Bars and the beach, but far enough to have the peace and quiet on a night time.

Why Paul/Jan Parker chose South Tenerife

Royal Palm complex is a very clean well run complex which attracted us to it in the first place. The area is classed as "up and coming" with a lot of new good restaurants and bars, which cater for all tastes, but none too noisy! It is only a short walk to the sea front and the centre of Los Cristianos,were more shops, bars and restaurants can be found.

What makes this apartment unique

property has a very "homely" feel and we like people to feel trulely at home when staying here.All we ask is for our guests to treat the apartment like they wouls their own.

Notes on accommodation: The complex Wi-Fi access is not totally reliable,but can be accessed.There are numerous bars etc were free Wi-Fi is available.Internet time can also be bought at a reasonable price from the owners office,were there is two terminals are situated. Outside: The complex has 3 swimming pool 1 "baby" pool and 1 heated. Sun beds are free to use. The garden areas around the complex are tended daily and kept to a high standard. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are provided,changed weekly

Lovely clean apartment with all you would need for a great holiday

Apartment on a lovely complex close to some lovely restaurants and bars,but not too close to make the complex nice and quiet. The apartment is clean with two TVs very comfortable king size bed and with all the facility's you'd need.

fabulous studio

My husband and I has just returned from our weeks holiday, what a clean and beautiful studio there is no expence spaired to your comfort and requirements. The king size bed was a bonus and extremely comfortable having good TV channels is also a bonus. Paul was a pleasure to deal with no problems at all. The complex is very friendly and very quiet at night you will not be disappointed renting this studio. The only mistake we made ourselves was we forgot the clocks changed the same as the UK and didn't notice until we got back to the airport. Thanks again Paul for a fantastic week.

It is remarkably quiet and relaxing

We have stayed in this complex before and know it to be very attractive to look at and very well maintained. It is remarkably quiet and relaxing.

The balcony of the apartment has a very good view overlooking one of the pools with the hills and mountains of Tenerife beyond. It has the sun all day.

As for the apartment itself it is very well maintained and adequately equipped and it is clear that one of the two owners has a real gift for interior decoration.

One point, although it did not apply to us, the complex is fairly high up a steep hill and this could be an issue for people with mobility problems.

Fab, modern & ideal for all ages

Great looking modern apartment, ideal for all ages. Being a young couple in early 20's the apartment is situated perfectly within walking distance to all amenities i.e. Nice restaurants, shops & bars.

Already booked again for the summer, and will be booking again in future for sure.

Very much recommended.

Does what it says on the tin

I have decided to write this review after reading the negative one that has been left ,We have stayed at this lovely studio several times over the last few years and have always found it clean and tidy ,(So unless something has changed ??? the owners may have to comment!) we where there in 01/14 and it was fine , there are no table and chairs but there is none in the pics and the owner doesn't describe any, not a very fair description in our honest opinion

A short 10 minute walk to local beaches, black and yellow sand. Good for fishing which is very popular locally.

Tenerife South airport is only 20 minute drive away. Car rental is available but not necessary all local amenities are easily accessible.

On booking apartment a 10% deposit is required (non refundable) then the balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure. Note apartment is to be vacated at 10:00am on day of departure unless prior arrangement is made.

Changeover Day:
The main changeover day is Friday to Friday this can be flexible. We ask people to depart the apartment at 10:00 on day of departure to allow for cleaning but this can also be flexible with prior arrangements.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Discounts can be arranged for longer lets (4 weeks or more).
Additional days to 7 are charged at £40 per night.
