Apartment in Puerto Pollensa - Quiet Residential Location, 5 Mins Walk to Beach and Restaurants

The apartment has a large private balcony and has been newly refurbished, with open-plan living space and hot/cold air-conditioning throughout for year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave, while the living/dining room has a flatscreen TV with English satellite and DVD . We have three bedrooms, twin, bunks and double, and two bathrooms - a full bathroom with shower over bath and a smaller bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

The apartment is in a very quiet, pretty location, 5 minutes walk from the sandy, safe beach, La Gola nature reserve, restaurants and supermarket. Diving, windsurfing, sailing, kite-boarding, pedaloes are all available, as is simple peace and quiet. The centre of Puerto Pollensa is just 10 minutes walk away with its wide range of cafes and restaurants and lovely central square. Bike and car hire are both readily available, while walking for all tastes and abilities is popular around the Port, its Marina, and the stunning Tramuntana Mountains.

Changeover day during high season is on a Friday, we can be more flexible at other times.

The Best Home From Home

We loved our time in this apartment. It is extremely well organised, great facilities and very clean. The terrace is wonderful in the morning sun for breakfast and throughout the morning and very peaceful in the evenings for a meal or late night drinks. A short walk through the very attractive calm residential area takes you to the beautiful beach, great for swimming and very safe for children, A car is not a necessity, the larger supermarket is a flat easy walk away and the bar owner next to it will call a taxi to take you and your shopping back to the apartment and all other restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the end of the road by the beach for exploring the nearby towns. All in all we recommend this highly recommend thus apartment and are looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely Quiet Apartment

Have just had a very relaxing 2 week stay in this very well equipped clean and very spacious apartment with the bonus of air conditioning. Close to beach and a short walk to the many restaurants and shops in the resort. Nice large balcony which gets the morning sun and cooler in the evening for late night drinks. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great apartment!

I stayed at the apartment with family and friends in August this year. We loved the apartment as we found it to be very clean, spacious and comfortable. It's a real home from home with a lovely quiet sunny balcony to relax on. The location to the beach is excellent just a 5 minute walk away. Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants . I would definitely book again and recommend it to others. Thank you Steve for letting us stay in your lovely apartment and being so easy to deal with.

Perfect place to stay

This apartment has all you need for a home away from home! It is so convenient for the beach, restaurants, local square, shops and market. Easy access to the bus station to visit neighbouring places like Alcudia and also the marina. Brilliant owner and we look forward to returning in the future.

Activity and Interests


5 minutes walk to lovely white sandy beach.

Mountain walks nearby


Palma Airport is an easy 40 minute drive away (via central motorway bisecting the island). Taxi and bus services are readily available. Car hire is useful for exploring the island but is by no means essential if all you require is a peaceful, relaxing holiday.


Historic Pollensa old town is just a few miles away with its cobbled streets, artesan market and fabulous views from the Calvari church 365 steps up from the main square. Alcudia's ancient walled old town is a 10 minute drive or bus ride around the bay, with a small but fun water park in Port d'Alcudia.

Picturesque Puerto Pollensa is located on the northern tip of Mallorca 40 minutes easy drive from the airport at Palma. Originally a fishing village, it sits within a sheltered horseshoe-shaped sandy bay set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.

Life revolves around the sandy beaches, picturesque square, marina and outdoor cafes and restaurants. Eateries are many and varied, from traditional Mallorquin cafes to more contemporary restaurants.

Locals and tourists alike congregate in the town square to wine, dine and shop. Every Wednesday it transforms into a bustling market selling a variety of fresh local produce and local crafts.

The area is also popular with walkers and cyclists. The terrain can provide challenges for more the experienced but there are many options for the rest.
