This studio apartment consists of one space: Living room and bedroom with 2 foldable sofa-beds +1 king size bed+dinning table with 4 chairs.

Floor is decorated with Spanish tiles.

It is together with fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances like toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle, microwave and all necessary cutlery and glasses.

It includes gas/ electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine and cloth dryer. There is big flat television with more than 200 satellite programmes and CD/DVD player. Windows combine old and modern: local wooden shutters, mosquito nets and they are sound proof.

It is fully air-conditioned and heated. Bathroom consists of rain shower with massage jets, various mirrors, heated towel rack, hair dryer and digital balance.

Bed is big, king size. This studio apartment has built in closets, and wardrobes. It is in the attic.

It can be combined with another two in the same house: apartment Madrid and Barcelona to accommodate maximum of 12 persons.

My name is Bozo. I was born in Dubrovnik. I live partly in Barcelona , Spain and spend a lot of time in my native Dubrovnik. The entire house that now has three apartments Madrid, Barcelona and Sevilla I inherited from my father in 2008. It was than that I decided to pull down everything except walls and rebuilt it. For some years I was hotel manager in Spain where I learned about guests and their needs for comfort on their holidays. Dubrovnik is beautiful and unique place and offers variety of activities. I hope you will like it.
