Absolute home from home, very peaceful setting with everything you could possibly need.

This apartment is just perfect. We had a fabulous time and would definitely book it again. The tv is a bonus as you don't need to go to a bar to catch up on the latest news or your favourite programmes from the UK. Having wifi with a teenager was also a great advantage too. All in all I would definitely recommend this apartment, it's spacious, ideally located for a quiet holiday but also close enough to the Harbour. There is a shop across the road and a bar just a bit further which serves huge portions and is gastro pub quality. We truly couldn't have asked for more from this apartment.

Lovely apartment.

Would definitely recommend this property. Well equipped, clean, a fabulous patio area and great communal swimming pool. Walkable distance to the beach and harbour. Was hoping to use this again later this year but already booked up

Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment - well furnished and equipped. Terrace for breakfast and then dip in the pool before setting out for the days adventures. Local shop and restaurant provided for all our needs - perfect in all ways!!

Have just returned from a weeks holiday in this fabulous apartment .Everything you need is there and the standard is very high. Paphos is a short distance and if you hire a car as we did there is so much to explore. This is my second stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it

Just returned from a super two weeks holiday in this apartment which has EVERYTHING you need, a shop & a pub serving food nearby, bus stops are handy too to take you to the busier centre of Paphos where there are super eating places(ask the friendly folk on the complex). Alison the owner is really nice & very helpful & we will return one day as it was like home from home.

We purchased the apartment from plan in 2002, and up until this year have just let it to family and friends. We chose Paphos primarily because of the friendliness of the people but also because there is so much to see and to do there.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paphos at 14 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Pambi's at 150 Metres Nearest Restaurant : Pambi's at 150 Metres Nearest Beach : Municiple at 800 Metres

Special interest holidays:

There is just about everything to suit all interests and tastes in Paphos or in its surrounding area. We don't provide anything ourselves, but we will be only to happy to provide any advise or contact details. We have a very comprehensive information booklet in the apartment that should answer all of your questions, along with a selection of business cards for local restaurants etc. and tourist information leaflets.


The sea, with a large variety of water sports, is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment and Paphos harbour, with its water sports, boat trips, firework displays, restaurant, bars and shops, is about 20 minutes walk away. Another popular beach resort is Coral Bay with its wide range of water sports, and is easily reachable by use of the local bus service or a taxi.


Paphos airport is about 15 minutes drive from the apartment. A taxi is easily obtained at the airport but we can arrange an airport uplift or we can provide guests with the contact details of a good taxi company so that they can arrange it themselves. A car hire can also be arranged or the details given so that the guest can arrange it themselves. A car hire is not necessary, but it does give a holidaymaker the chance to tour further afield if they wish.


Within an hour or so drive of the apartment there are many historical sites, lovely harbours like Latchi in the north, beautiful villages such as Polis to the north of Paphos and the lace village of Omadhus to the west of it, the famous Kykkos Monestry in The Troodos Montains and many attractions such as Water Parks, Go Karts and Mini Golf courses. Coach trips to these can easily be obtained.

Further Details:

There is a good quality, well stocked convenience store that is open from early to late, just about 200 metres away from the apt. It stocks a good range of food items, alcohol and tobacco, newspapers, calor gas bottles and swimming aids, etc. Very near to that is an excellent restaurant and takeaway that caters for a good range of tastes. There are also several very large supermarkets within less than a mile of the apt that will provide everything needed. There are banks and ATM's all very close to the apartment. Within about 40 minutes walk of the apartment there is: Paphos old town with it's shops, including a branch of Marks and Spencer and one of Next, many restaurants, bars and a very good local indoor market. Paphos harbour with it's water sports, boat trips, restaurant, bars and shops, including a branch of Debenhams. Attractions such as the Water Park, Go Karts, Paint Balling and Mini Golf, cinemas, children's play areas, two ten pin bowling alleys, the aquarium and many historical sites. Large supermarkets, convenience stores, currency exchange outlets, banks, Internet cafes, chemists and private and state hospitals, health and fitness centres, dance studios and activities for such as Short Mat bowling, plus there are an enormous amount of bars and restaurants in Paphos and it's surrounding area that cover a very wide range of tastes. There is

also a branch of Debenhams at the start of the road to the airport, about 20 minutes walk from the apartment. There are many ATM's scattered around Paphos where you can use your UK bank card to access funds from your own bank.

The latter will be returned immediately after the apartment has been checked by our caretaker and found to be in the same condition, or better, than at the start of the let. The balance must be paid within six weeks of the holiday. We don't accept bookings of less than 7 days. Guests can clearly stay for less, but have to pay for the week.

From the Owner

The benefits of our apartment is first of all it's situation, being within walking distance of the old town with it's markets and shops, the attractions such as the water park, go carting and mini golf and for being close to the many restaurants and bars. Places of interest such the harbour with it's sea sports, boat trips, etc. the Troodos Mountains, golf courses, beaches, etc are all easily reached from where we are. There is a modern, well stocked convenience store just under 200 yards away from our apartment and a very good restaurant and takeway just a few yards past it. There are also several large supermarkets within a short taxi distance of the apartment. A bus service now runs from near to the apt to the Water Park and to the Harbour for just 1 Euro per person.

  • Notes on accommodation: The air-conditioning/heating units provide cool air in the summer and warm air in the cooler times. We do not charge for air conditioning but we do ask people to be sensible and considerate and to turn it off when they are not in the apartment. It all works very quickly, so there is no need to keep it switched on. There are also duvets and a Halogen heater for cooler nights. The apartment is suitable for all ages and anything extra that you may require can easily be arranged, at the guests own expense. Electicity is not metered. The television is linked to a satellite offering 37 English speaking channels and many more of other languages. The channels offer such as sports, films and news such as from BBC World News. Outside: There are two patios, one overlooking the pool, two sunbeds and a number of shrubs. The poolside patio has a table and four chairs and 4 sunbeds. There is also a large sunshade and a clothes dryer. With the use of both patios, it is possible to enjoy full advantage of the sunshine from morning to evening. The large communal pool is set in an attractive location with bushes and palm trees. It has a large seating area with a double shower facility and is attractively lit in the evening. There is a large car park for resident's use at the other end of the complex to the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels, beach, personal and tea towels are provided, plus an extra set of towels and bed linen for guests staying for more than one week. The property is cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleans or laundry changes are available at extra cost.
