El Carmen 58 is an extraordinary 2 storey apartment with plenty of privacy, all day sunshine and stunning sea, mountain and windmill views. Enjoy yourselves on the 2 large and private terraces which are great for outdoor dining, barbecuing and for sunbathing, also for those who like an all over tanning. El Cotillo is the perfect destination for those looking for a quiet peaceful holiday. It is still a working fishing village and the local boats land most of their catch directly to the local restaurants, so you are guaranteed fresh fish. The village has a great selection of restaurants, with something to suit every taste and budget. A short walk to the north of the village lie the famous Lagoon beaches, perfect for swimming and very safe. To the south lie the surf beaches, ideal for any kind of water sports.

What a great apartment, exactly as described.

Well maintained and spotlessly clean.

Had a very minor problem with the shower but this was dealt with immediately without any fuss...well done Fatima!

We rated this property as 5 out of 5 because it was every thing we expected and we will definately use again.

PS the little Italian bar at the end of the road is well worth a visit or two, or three.

The whole block was very quiet and peaceful, all ammenities are close by. All-in-all superb!!!!!

We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and very well appointed - there was always something there to meet our needs, including the library which is always a help with the weight limits on planes. We thought that the provision of beach chairs, mats and tents was a GREAT idea and had we known we could have cut the weight of the suitcase down even more.

The apartment comes with a private car park. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen, towels and kitchen-towels are inclusive and may be changed by the guests weekly.
