Bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket 5 minutes walk way. 15 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Nearest golf course 10 minutes by car and golf academy around the corner. Not on flight path.

Why Pat Morris chose Torremolinos

My parents chose this spot to spend some time in the sun during their retirement. We like it so much as it is so easy to get to from the airport, has all the facilities of a large town yet is very quiet and family orientated.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in a residential area, so you do not feel as if you are just another tourist. Most of the flats are owned by Spanish people going about their daily lives.

Notes on accommodation: Modern secure third floor flat with lift. Entry phone. Air-conditioning and heating. Suitable for children and people with walking difficulties. Regret no pets, and no smoking inside. Outside: The apartment is accessed by stairs or lift. The south facing balcony has sun blinds and overlooks the large gardens, with 2 swimming pools and childrens' pools, gym, paddle tennis court and conventional tennis court for use by all the residents of the complex. There are views of the mountains beyond. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included but please provide your own beach towels. Additional cleaning and linen change can be arranged with our agent locally, charges will apply. Other: Balcony 12 sq metres, sun blinds, table with 4 chairs and reclining chair. Large hallway.

Ideal apartment in good location

The apartment was more spacious than the photos suggest and was comfortable, tidy and clean. The balcony was great as we were able to enjoy the late afternoon sun whilst kids in bed! It’s approx 5-10 minute walk to sandy beach, and there is a kids play park at end of the street. The on site pools are good and clean with separate kids pool. restaurants within walking distance near by and there is an Aldi and Lidi 5 mins in the car. Lots of road parking outside. We really enjoyed our stay.

really nice appartment everything you need, clean well kept,very very nice view out onto both swimming pools . secure ,walking distance to beach and resturants. note aldi and lidl ten mins walk away which was a lot cheaper than supermarket at beach side.owner nice genuine person to do business with everything went great will always recommend

The apartment is 10 minutes walk (300 metres) to miles of golden sands. La Bajondillo is at the western end of the long promenade which stretches from Torremolinos to Benalmadina. The beach has all usual facilities including sun beds, beach bars and restaurants but also has plenty of space for being more on your own. Water sports facilities include boat hire, windsurfing, kite-surfing, water skiing etc.


Being only 15 minutes drive from Malaga airport travel is easy. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are close by and buses/taxis are plentiful. There is a train station 10 minutes walk away with frequent trains to Malaga, including a stop at Malaga airport, and Marbella and beyond.


Torremolinos town centre (15 minutes walk, or short bus ride). Malaga 13kms (0.5hrs by bus/train). Many other attractions neaby including Aquapark in Torremolinos, Grananda (130km), Seville (220km), Mijas (24km) and coastal resorts such as Benalmadina (4km), Puero Banus and Marbella (50km).

Further Details:

Torremolinos has been a destination for tourists for a long time and tourists are well looked after. The area around the apartment is pleasantly quiet. There is a Spanish village atmosphere at the local shopping area which also has excellent bars and restaurants. This is only 5 minutes walk away (300m). There are several festivals throughout the season hosted by the community.

25% of the rental price as a non refundable deposit, balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. We also ask for a £100 security deposit, which is refundable just after the end of your stay, subject to satisfactory report from our agent. It his to be paid to our agent on arrival. Payments for late bookings can be arranged. Payments can be made in euros or sterling. Clients responsible for bank transfer charges.

Changeover Day:
Any day changeover. We can accommodate your travel arrival arrangements whenever possible, provided it is before 10 pm. Departures can be at any time to suit yourselves.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Clients are responsible for bank currency transfer costs. Discounts for longer lets. Please ask. Additional charge: £50 per booking towards cleaning costs payable locally on arrival. Interim cleaning/linen change if required at extra charge payable locally.
