Villa Almar (formerly known as Melanie) is a stunning 4 bed villa in Coral Bay with uninterrupted views of the coastline of part of Coral Bay. Set at the top of a private cul de sac in a very peaceful part of the Coral Bay resort, Almar offers a perfect location for lazy days by the pool and easy walking distance to the beaches/restaurants and shops of the Coral Bay resort. The villa is beautifully designed to maximise space both upstairs and downstairs: the living areas and roomy and light; the bedrooms well furnished and pretty. The villa is detached, offering privacy and is surrounded by well established, colourful Cypriot gardens, which edge the sunbathing terrace and the private swimming pool.

Villa Almar is built to maximise views of the coastline from Coral Bay towards Paphos. There is a large upper balcony accessed via the master bedroom or a separate doorway opposite the family bathroom. Sunbathing areas by the pool and on this balcony area. Large rooms with a/c in all rooms. Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with patio access to two sides of the villa, ie to al fresco dining area near BBQ and to poolside sunbathing area.

The owner, Steve Oulton, bought this property for his family to enjoy the wonderful area of Coral Bay in a villa which offered the best views from one of the most perfect locations in Coral Bay. Villa Almar (previously called Melanie), is a large 4 bed - perfect for a family of all generations!

The area is renowned as an area of natural beauty and famous for flowers and fauna, turtle sanctuary and walks on the Akamas peninsular.

Walking distance to a choice of 3 clean beaches on the Coral Bay coastline. Approx 5 mins stroll from the villa. Watersports/cafes and beachside dining available. Boat hire at Corallia beach.


Paphos Airport is closest airport, approx 25 mins by road. Taxis readily available. Car hire companies at the airport or can be pre arranged. Larnaca Airport approx 1.45 mins by road, on easy central (one) motorway.


Paphos town is approx 15 mins by road, to the old harbour, mosaics and old town with market. Troodos mountains and the scenic, traditional villages, are approx 2 hours drive away. Monasteries and the famous Akamas peninsular, only 10 mins drive away.

The Coral Bay resort is well served with banks and ATMS. English widely spoken across the island. Great selection of restaurants in the resort, including beachside tavernas.

Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Fish and Chips! - anything you want to eat, is available to you!

The villa also benefits from the close proximity to the centre of the village, just a 3-5 min walk brings you into all the bars, shops, tavernas and the beach. Stunning uninterrupted sea views from the villa. Outside: Private swimming pool, 9 x 4 metres, surrounded by loving bathing terraces and seating area just outside of the lounge. Lovely established gardens. BBQ built at side of terrace, with other seating area at side of house.
