Kings Resort is a luxury complex in tombs of the kings area Paphos. The apartment has a very large patio area which is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. FREE WI-FI is available for our guests also FREE AIR CON. On arrival you recieve FREE WINE and FRUIT. The apartment has satellite TV with a wide range of English channels available. The master bedroom is en-suite, the twin bedded room has patio doors, leading to private veranda, living room also has patio doors leading to second veranda and extra large patio area fenced all around complete with sun loungers and garden furniture. The complex has a large communal swimming pool also childrens pool. A 5 minute walk leads to the local beach at the Venus Beach hotel. A 5 minute walk leads to the nearest shops, restaurants and bars. No need to hire a car as bus stop close by. Walking distance to Venus beach hotel, Avlida Hotel and the Elysium Beach Hotel, Kissos Hotel. Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment is the bus stop which takes you to the harbour, Coral bay and the market. The apartment is a 25 minute drive from Paphos airport.

The apartment is ideal for families with children because it has a large patio area which is suitable for children. No smoking, No BBQ, No stag or hen parties. Outside: The apartment benefits from a very large patio area with garden furniture & 4 sun loungers, it is an ideal area to relax and enjoy the sun. Utility Room: None Cleaning / Towels / Linen / No Maid service : Apartment will be prepared for guests with fresh towels and linen provided. Free linen change in the second week if 14 nights stay. Guests staying less than 14 nights can request linen change at time of booking of which there will be a charge.

Spacious, clean & tidy with all mod cons.

The apartment was just great with two bedrooms and two bathrooms there was plenty of room, close to the pool which was excellent with plenty of sun loungers and a bar. Within a few minutes walk you are on the main road with shops bars and restaurants, there is also a bus stop which takes you to the mail a large shopping area with over 100 shops, you can also get to the Harbour a very nice area with plenty more restaurants. The apartment is in a great area.

Lovely Family Apartment

We had a lovely stay here. The complex is very nice - pool lovely! The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The booking and communication was brilliant and the agents in Paphos were very friendly and are on hand whenever needed.

It was a perfect apartment two bathrooms was fantastic spotless everything on hand that was needed loverly very large balcony great for chilling in the afternoons.Lovely pool.lildl 10 mins away lovely bars and restaurants Chloe's Chinese recommended. A great find!!

Have just enjoyed great week in Kings Resort ,from first enquiry questions to stepping through apartment door Shaun has made it a smooth experiance.We used their appointed driver for pick ups and welcome pack of good essentials to start us off.we found very easy to get around either on foot,bus or taxi (not overly expensive)plenty of eating places recomend Fat Mumma's and Karlina's (both walkable)bus up to Coral bay then took a taxi to the bird and animal park(we went later in afternoon more of the animals out,bird show good and staff very informative)Paphos Harour nice for shops (Kings Mall walking distance from front)fish restraunts,book boat trips,remains of town Castle or just a cool drink by the sea.Apartment very spacious,well equipped,air con and Wi-Fi very efficant,beds comfortable,plenty of soft towles,plesent corner to enjoy alfresco breakfast in the mornings.pool just few steps away,clean with plenty of sun loungers (pool cafe was closed,)butLidl's and a convience store very close so no problem to having cold drink pool side.would have no problem recomending this property to friends/family.

Clean apartment in a quiet complex close to all amenities.

We requested a welcome pack as we knew we would be arriving after the shops were shut. It contained all we needed for the morning.

We were given instructions to get us to the apartment but there are road works near Tombs of the Kings at the moment so we didn't find it as easily as we could have but it wasn't a problem.

The apartment was clean and contained all we needed and it is situated in an area central to the places we wanted to visit.

The pool was well maintained and never very busy.

I would rent the apartment again.

Close to bus routes for Paphos harbour and Coral Bay (cheap and easy journeys)

Building work on main road continues (2 years running and counting), will be so much better when these are completed.

Water park and go-karting facilities within a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Childrens small amusement park within a 10 minute drive from the apartment. 5 a side football pitches and crazy golf also close by, about 10 minutes drive from the apartment.

Coast/Beach:

The beach at the Venus Beach Hotel is a 5 min walk from the apartment. Coral Bay sandy beach can be reached by car and will take approximately fifteen minutes along the coastal road. There are loungers, umbrellas, available to hire, go early as it gets very busy in high season. There are snack bars, toilets, showers, and water sports at Coral Bay.

Travel:

The apartment is a 20 min drive from Paphos airport and 90 mins from Larnaca Airport. Car hire is not essential, there is a main bus route near to the apartment. There are a range of travel agents to book local trips around the Island located on tombs of the kings road. The local bus will take you to Paphos Old Town, Coral Bay, Tomb of The Kings, Paphos Market, and the Harbour. The water park is 10 mins drive away.

Distances:

The Old Town of Paphos with it's daily market is 5 mins drive away. The Harbour is about 5 mins drive away. The Venus beach is 5 mins walk. Nearest bar 5 minutes walk, restaurants 5 minutes walk, kiosk 5 minutes walk, bank 10 minutes walk and car hire is 10 minutes walk away.

To secure your booking we require a deposit of £100 sterling. This is a non-refundable deposit so we advise holiday insurance at the time of booking. The balance is paid 12 weeks before departure together with £ 200 sterling refundable breakage fee which is subject to satisfactory property inspection. Transport to/from the airport can be arranged with our regular driver who we use for all our guests.
